Staff - Filter Staff Job Assignment Based on Job Classification
I would like to see on the Staff page that the Job assignments you chose filter out for the proper Non-Classroom Based Job Assignments that apply based on CALPADS CodeSets. We have districts that choose any non-classroom based job assignment and it may not apply to that job classification. For instance if a person chooses Teacher, they can chose ANY non-classroom based Job assignment (such as nurse). But the non-classroom based job assignment of a nurse is NOT valid for the Job classification of a teacher, according to the CALPADS CodeSets. It only applies to the Pupil Services Job Classification.

Add Work Habits Grade Values to the Secondary Standards Based Legend
Currently, only the Conduct grade values display on the legend. If a district only issues Work Habits grade values, they do not display on the legend.

Display Address in Reverse Lookup by Address
When you search using Reverse Lookup and search by Address - the list displays but does not include the address. This is not consistent with how it works when searching for email, for example. This was brought to our attendance by Leeni after AeriesCon Spring

Roll transcript updates forward to future years
Because the earlier rollover happens in the middle of summer school, repeat tags that are added based on summer grades have to be entered in two databases, causing extra labor and a greater chance of data errors. This is a special case of another idea, but one that is looming on the horizon. Like to keep those counselors busy helping students instead of doing double data entry!

Add a report in View all Reports to print Student Attendance for all students in a daily attendance school.
Allow the Student Attendance Report to be printed for all or multiple students. Currently this can only be printed for a single student from the Student Attendance page.

Mass Add Student-Related Data - Allow Import to GATE table
Currently for Mass Add Student Related Data - For GATE Records you can only add students to Special Programs table, not the new GATE table (GTE). Please add this functionality.

Portal Options - Allow More "Additional Att Codes"
Due to Hybrid and Distance Learning. having the ability to add more than 5 "additional att code" sections would be ideal. Perhaps an "insert Additional Att Code" button would be good. Allowing us to added as we need them.

Job Assignments
Update current staff assignment codes to current CALPADS codes and delete codes that have been retired. Once a job class is selected for Admin, Pupil Services or itinerant, only allow CALPADS valid codes in drop down of non-classroom based job codes. It would also be great to have a report to identify staff records with incomplete CALPADS records.

Discipline IDs - When 2 students share the same Incident ID, add warning if the date is changed.
CALPADS Discipline - When 2 students share the same Incident ID, Will it be possible to have a warning when changing the date in one of them (saying there is a student with same Incident ID but different date)?

Allow daily and period based attendance in the same school
We would like to be able to allow a single school to take both period based attendance and daily attendance (by grade).
Ex. K-8 school where K-5 is daily attendance and 6-8 is period based attendance.

Allow attendance to be submitted by Section
We have an unusual situation at our middle school where staff are primary teachers a limited number of sections per day, but moderate for other teachers at other times. This means that there are situations where a teacher's section might meet on M/W/F but they moderate on Tu/Th for a section that meets on Tu/Th/F. On Fridays, both sections show up for both teachers during that period on the attendance page. If one teacher takes attendance and submits, it's submitted for BOTH sections.

Please make the dates and times in a drop-down format. It is currently very cumbersome to enter data into the log for students.

Teacher Attendance Page - Option to Limit by Student Fields
We have already separated all of the Blended Learners into cohort A/B. We are currently using the STU.AP1 field to tag which cohort they are in. This field will show up in the teacher attendance screen and many of the attendance reports. It would be extremely helpful to the teachers if there could be a filter option for this field (similar to the date and period) .
