Allow Multiple Account Types
Allow Aeries users to have a single login, but be able to switch between various roles such as teacher, user, or admin.

Currently we have to create 2 accounts for our teachers who have a secondary role as TOSA, activities/athletic directors or case managers. We usually create the teacher account with Google as the Identity Provider, and the admin portal account with Aeries as the Identity Provider.
Our IT director has asked me multiple times to get rid of the admin portal accounts which are not Google accounts, as they cannot be authenticated and can pose as a security risk. Unfortunately, I am unable to comply with his request, since these accounts are needed by these teachers in their secondary role.
It would be great to have one user account which can be authenticated, and designate a role for them. Ideally I would designate a role ( teacher, admin or both) to each user, and the UI would prompt the user for the role. If the UI's response for the field is teacher, then the record which has teacher/both in the role field will be directed to the teacher portal. Likewise if the UI's response for the field is admin, then the record which has the admin/both in the role field will be directed to the admin portal.

Yes, We would like a staff member with multiple "roles" (administrative, teacher), to only need single user account which allows them to function in the multiple roles.
For those staff with multiple roles, requiring multiple accounts conflicts with our goal of providing a single login, complicates user support & account maintenance, and adds additional complexity
downstream to the multitude of educational support software from which Aeries serves as the source. We previously submitted this under PR: 20637

The only problem I see as someone who manages many districts we host is that the web addresses are different for users compared to teachers so there really is no way to switch between accounts.

We would like a new security option for Teachers on Special Assignment. This would grant them "User" access to Aeries, in addition to the "Teacher" access.
Background
We have teachers on special assignment. Sometimes they fulfill two roles at the school ( Teacher and User Security Groups ).Instead of creating two accounts, we would like them to just sign-in with their 1x account to minimize support and also reduce confusion. This helps us keep in-sync with external authentication options.
