Update STU.PG field and Student Emergency Card Report
The STU.PG field is not needed and difficult to maintain, please consider removing it and replacing this functionality with the following:
Since districts are entering Parent information in CON, that table should house this information and Parents/gGuardians should not be populated in two different fields and tables.
Consider using the CON.CD field to identify the parent/guardian and adding a XRF to the field for CALPADS reporting. Contacts identified with the mapped code will be reported to CALPADS.

Automate Performance Acknowledgments
Automate the identifying of students who have earned a performance acknowledgement in Texas Aeries
- Earned 12 or more dual credit hours with an 80% or above in each course for which those credits were earned.
- Scored 3 or above on ANY AP Exam.
- Scored 29 or above on ACT (Composite Score).
- Scored 1350 or above on SAT (Composite/combined score)

Add Other Immunizations to the Immunization Record Report
Currently, "Other" immunizations are not included on the Immunizations report (print button on Immunizations page). This would be helpful so that when records are sent to another school, the full history of immunizations can be included. Please add Other Immunizations to the Immunization Record Report

504 Plan: Plan Facilitator field - show only permitted staff names
The 504 Plan Facilitator field currently shows all Staff in the district. Please allow the ability to Inactivate/Retire staff in the Update Code Table in order to show only staff names who are authorized to be a Plan Facilitator or change the design to add Plan Facilitators directly in Update Code Table.

Create a Report that Lists Students with Scheduling Exclusions
A report to list all students with SED records would be helpful. Since the SED table is copied from year-to-year, and copied from a feeder school, SED records may need to be changed or deleted.

Scheduling Page Setup Processes
On the Scheduling Setup page, the new option in the initializing of the SMS table confuses the order to use these options:
Do Nothing with the SMS Table, but Copy Flex Periods (FTF)
Blank out the SMS Table
Copy current master schedule (MST) table to the new SMS table.Blanking out the SMS table does not copy the FTF table, but it does warn that the FTF table for next year will be deleted. Should blanking out the SMS table have an option to NOT delete the FTF table? Or, should the training be done to blank out the SMS…

Address History Verification - Add Recheck Date
We would like the ability to turn on the following options such as:
-- Residence type: Lease / non-lease
-- Recheck Date: ( Specific date OR annual )Background:
Our office staff is required to re-check the residence verification for families who are leasing a home.
If the Address Modification Reason pop-up had the ability to add a re-check date, it would help our staff query and track who they need to follow up with.

Gradebook - Allow teachers to choose whether options are remembered when adding assignments
Aeries recently amended the Add Assignment table in teachers gradebooks where Aeries remembers the last assignment added by the teacher, as far as category, number correct possible and points possible. Teachers are requesting the ability to opt out of this feature where the number correct possible and points possible defaults back to 0 and the category defaults back to the top instead of remembering their last entry when adding assignments into their gradebook.
