Missing Attendance Report - clear all missing attendance for the day
I submitted the ticket below and was told Missing Att is intended to be run daily. That is understood but it is often not feasible to correct all missing teacher attendance that quickly, especially with over 70 teachers on staff. Having an option to clear all missing att classes by day or in some large chunk would be beneficial.

Portal Options Scheduling: add TK grade level to Date Ranges for Course Requests
Add the TK grade to the Date Ranges on the Scheduling tab in Portal Options, to support scheduling for TK grade students using the Portal. This request was specifically made for use in Summer School scheduling.

Allow for a full 11 month calendar to be created
Currently, at the beginning of the year, you have to add all 11 months one-by-one. Please add a button to allow for the addition of the full 11 month calendar with one press and then we can go back to each month and edit the School Session days.

Create a report that calculates consecutive days of enrollment
Create a report to calculates consecutive days of enrollment for each window or period of enrollment to see if at least one period is 90 days or more. This is needed for a Con App indicator.

Update Student Demographics page for Parent/Guardian names and phone numbers
In CALPADS the parent guardian names are split into two fields, Partent/Guardian #1 / Parent/Guardian #2. Some of our students have same parents and this would help with the name entry. The Father's work and Mother's work field headers also need to be updated to Parent/Guardian #1 and Parent/Guardian #2 for the same reason. Family key could then be matched based on the name and phone number in the Parent/Guardian #1 fields.

Grade/Mark Legend printed on Report Card should have separate settings from Grade Report Exception List
Currently, the printout of the Grade/Mark Legend on the Report Card, and the Grade/Mark options that are available on the Grade Exception Report both pull from the GRD.MK field of the COD table. We have many valid marks, and don't wish to have A-F print in the legend, but the consequence of removing those marks from the COD table is that we can no longer search for D's or F's using the Exception Report. It would be very useful to separate these very different functions.

Ability to Exclude Attendance Programs from separating out in Attendance reports
In PowerSchool there was a way to indicate which Attendance Programs to separate out in the Monthly Attendance reports and summaries. We would use that to indicate our SDC kids for normal day-to-day things but keep them included in the general ed population counts on the reports. We would like that ability in Aeries so that we can indicate which ATT.SP should be separated into separate counts.

Need to create a separate "category" on the Discipline Dashboard for Students with Disabilities.
Data needs to be pulled specifically for this group and currently cannot be.

Contacts - Add Separate Mailing and Residence Address
Currently contacts only allows for 1 address field. It would be nice if a 2nd address field could be added to be able to add home address and mailing address. Specifically for students who have parents that live and receive mail at 2 different locations. This would also help line up fields with AERIES and SEIS integration.
