Add an Hourly Summary Report to reflect ADA days
The Hourly Summary Report is not cumulative and calculations need to be performed to obtain the values for the P1 and P2 report. Would like to see a report with the correct values to enter for ADA reporting periods to support hourly attendance.

Teacher Credentialing update to the STC section for reportable staff with credentials.
Would like to see a field added where we can attach teacher credentials. Some teachers have multiple credentials, so it would be nice to be able to attach all of them here instead of having to bounce between two different programs (like we have here) and then go to the teacher look up site from the CDE.
To help, customer Jason Jones has even mocked up a sample for the programming folks to review and built a customized SharePoint model that his district uses. See attached images.

Allow for multiple types of terms at a given school
It would be helpful to be able to run both trimester AND quarter/semester terms in one school. For example, a school with grades 5-8 where grade 5 is on SBG/Trimester and grades 6-8 are on GRD/quarters. This would allow for using one school in Aeries instead of having to split them out into two schools.

Update report card (GRD) for one student
After grade changes- student report cards must be updated. It would be nice to be able to update only the changes instead of the entire student body.

Change the agreement "Please Sign" button
I have a site requesting that the "Please Sign" button for Independent Study Agreements is changed to a different color. They are reporting that some parents and teachers are not realizing that it is a button and are thinking it is just a banner due to it being the same color.
I've included a screenshot of the button they are referring to.

Admin Button or Feature to Reset Emergency Contact Order
Contact orders are all over the place for most of the district. If there was a way to reset all contact order numbers to their current position, that would be great for integrations we are doing.

CERS Student Groups Extract – Add Support for RSP Teachers to See Students with IEPS
Add an option to the CERS Student Groups Extract to break up the Teacher Roster with a section that associates the RSP Teachers with students in the class with IEPS.

Student Groups Dynamic Groups Inactive and Pre-enrolled
Allow the use of inactive students in dynamic student group queries. We would like to use the STU table to dynamically query pre-enrolled students for groups for messaging purposes. Currently student groups only contain active students

Create Substitute Teacher Accounts - When a school is assigned in STA then the staff member shows up in the Create Substitute Teacher page.
When school site staff go to create a substitute account the page shows all staff members associated with that school. Can this be updated so that it only shows staff members (Teachers) currently assigned to a school.

Create a Flex Pass for student rewards and opportunities
We are looking at ways to create study halls within our schedule (flex period). A time for make up or enhancement. Those with a 3.0 GPA or no homework would get to go to lunch 10 minutes early. They had great success as most kids wanted to go to lunch early so they got grades up and did their homework.
Could we create a FLEX PASS link on Aerie’s? If a student had no missing assignments or above a certain GPA they could click a link on their account and a FLEX PASS would pop up. It could link to…2 votes -

Allow teachers to print this report so that it can be signed and submitted with the GBK Summary at the end of each grading term.

Add ability to Print Name and ID on Gradebook Summary
Want teachers to be able to print the Name and ID on the Gradebook Summary Report. We use this report as part of our end of term grading process and keep this information for challenge grade. We need on comprehensive report that list the student's assignments and their name and ID.

Course Request Form Functionality Should Match Classes Form
Although a previous AeriesIdea request (Course Request page more like New Classes page from 2020) has now been listed as completed; the functionality of the CLASSES form has not been programmed for the Course Request Form (on Classes form, selecting the EDIT button on the banner above the course requests results in a "tile" view of all sections of all course requests, which allows a counselor to make changes while seeing available classes, class counts, etc.). Print Job Sharing Teachers on Class Rosters
We would like to have have an option to click a box that would allow a site to included the the Job Sharing and Team Teacher teachers printed on the Class rosters.

Bell Schedule Page needs
Working with the Bell Scheduler would be easier if schedules could be mass assigned and if you could see which custom bell schedule is assigned to a day.
For example, if a 0 oeriod only meets on Tuesdays, it is currently necessary to 'touch' each Tuesday to add the bell schedule. Then it is necessary to select a day and click 'Show Schedule' in order to confirm the correct schedule is attached to a day with a custom schedule. It would be so much easier if the schedule code showed instead of an X.
