Class Rosters - Add Custom Captions when printing STU User fields
On the Class Roster Report for Teachers - print the Custom Caption for the STU fields when they are selected to print.

Gradebook Alerts for Parents and Students - Add Time Ranges
Allow a time ranges for Gradebook Alerts, in addition to the delay.
We would like parents/students to be alerted of Grade changes after school hours, this way it does not distract them from their current class, during the academic day.
We would like the alert options to have:
-- Delay 1 hour ( so teachers can complete grading )
-- Only alert during 5pm - 10pm & 5 am and 7am
-- Not alert during 10pm - 7am ( to allow for generally decent sleep schedule ).
-- Allow alerting on Saturday and Sunday during the day.3 votes -
Contact Tracing Form - COVID-19
Our area schools ( potentially the state ) are being required to conduct contact tracing for staff and students for COVID-19. This would also be helpful for future outbreaks of other transmittable illnesses ( such as Whooping Cough and Chicken pox ).
What is needed:
Column 1 - STF / STU searchable to add patient(s) zero
Column 2 - Contacts they potentially came in contact with
Column 3 - Ability to check mark if the contacts in Column 2 were exhibiting symptomsOn the page it would also have incident details:

Alert users if the same date has been entered for multiple doses of a vaccine.
Multiple doses of a vaccine for the same thing (ex. Hep B) are never given on the same day. It would be helpful if an alert was given to users to let them know they have inaccurately entered the same day for multiple does of a vaccine on the Immunizations page. This would help prevent errors in the data before they are stored.

Do not allow historical records to be edited - Security Enhancement
For historical information such as CNF and ADS, it would be nice to prevent changing records that were originally created in a prior year while logged into the current year. So in 2020, although I can scroll down and see CNF or ADS entries from 2019, 2018, etc., I would not be able to modify or delete them (based on date).

Send Email "Add Recipients" - Include options to select case manager, counselor, administrator
For teachers, when they use the Add Recipients feature in Send emails and their student has an IEP or a 504 plan, it will be useful to have the option to also select the student's Case Manager, Administrator or Counselor, so they can be included on certain communications to student/parent.

Custom Tables - Auto populate name of User that created record
Student Wellness Checkup - we would love to have a field that is automatically populated/logged to identify the user that created the Wellness record. Perhaps a date/timestamp field, too? Thanks!

Allow the Favorites feature to be customizable
It would be really nice if the Favorites tab/menu could be customizable. Currently when I click to Edit Favorites I can delete items, but I would REALLY like to be able to move them up and down on the menu so that I can put the pages I want most at any given time at the top of the list.

Allow printing locator cards for one student
Allow printing the student locator card report for a single student from the Classes page. This is necessary so it can include a barcode. As an alternate, add the barcode to the student schedule quick print which is currently available.

Have a "status page" for end users showing various stats for troubleshooting
Status page could include quick glance things such as:
- SQL Server time vs Web Service Time vs NIST time (error if not in sync)
- Database Version
- Web Version
- Reporting server version
- Web server IIS version
- SQL Server version
- Various quick tests for performance
- Check for TLS
- Check for forced https
- Test to see if they can view SVG images
- Test for special fonts (barcode/wingdings2)

Scheduling Course Request Letter to Parents: support print different versions of letter
Currently, in order to support multiple translations, the Course Request Letter Text Editor allows multiple versions of the letter to be saved. But in order to print different versions, each one is associated with a different STU.CL. The customer would like to be able to save multiple versions of the letter, then select which letter to send to which student(s) (based on a criteria other than Correspondence Language).

Custom Tables - Allow Linking to Other Fields for Drop Downs codes
In Custom Tables, I would like to link fields to the code table for pre-existing fields, or to other quasi-code tables.
An example, I have a custom table with a field that I would like to link to the options in STU.HL, another field I would like to link to LOC.CD and a third that I’d like to link to STF.ID.

Global Messages - Allow for Specific Pages
Global Messages only posts on the home page, it would be great if we could enable this for specific pages (i.e., if there are changes to attendance procedures, you could make a global message/pop up that would appear on the teachers attendance page).

Demographics - Add from AIR - Confirmation Pop-Up on "Set as Incomplete" Button
Add an "are you sure" confirmation when the "Set as Incomplete" button is clicked on the AIR Import screen. Some users have already clicked by mistake.
