Online Enrollment - Other District Enrollment - Add "No Previous School" Checkbox
In the other district enrollment section, add a "No Previous School" checkbox be added to the top of the page so that parents enrolling students for the first time in a US school can check that and move on to the next page.

Import Data - Allow STJ and STA tables
Please allow us to update the STJ and STA tables through "import data to Aeries" instead of just SQL. STA is needed for CBEDS and STJ is needed for Fall 2.

504 Page Accommodations
504 Page - on Accommodations area enhance to be able to select multiple stakeholders for each accommodation. Word wrap text so it stays under Accommodations area. Also add an edit option.

When Running the CALPADS in Aeries Basics - Student Data Audit Report we are given a list of errors. When are difficult to find the information as to what is wrong or how to correct it. It would be very helpful if on the supporting information there was a link to assist with these errors.

Online Enrollment - Print All Uploaded Documents
When printing applications from Aeries Online Enrollment, the attachments automatically print as well. This will eliminate having to go in individually to print each document the parent uploads.

Ability to link Specific Aeries Academy Links to a New User's - Prompted to complete upon first log in
I was wondering if the amazing programmers at Aeries would be able to add hyperlinks to online self-paced trainings relevant to specific tasks in Aeries that can then be linked to an user account. When the new user logs into Aeries, they would be prompted to proceed with all the trainings linked to their user account. They would not be permited to proceed and utilize Aeries; no "skip" option. The user must complete the self paced training(s) that are linked to their Aeires user account. HR would be able to see the expected time needed for a user to complete…

Ability to Override API Data by Vendor
Sometimes the way we have data in Aeries causes issues with a vendor. For example, we bus students between schools every period for singleton classes that are only offered at one school. This can cause issues with vendors that are rostering classes based on school and section rather than period and staff member.
A lot of issues like this could be resolved by my staff if we could modify the data using data mapping rules similar to CALPADs extracts. For example, we could upload all students and classes as a District instead of schools so that a teacher can see…

Option to hide student schedules from parents AND students until Parent Data Confirmation is complete.
Currently schedules can be hidden from parents until Data Confirmation has been completed, however the schedule cannot be dynamically hidden from students at the same time.

In Permissions Table add Hover that displays table information
When managing the Permissions, it would be very helpful to have a hover option that provides information on the table and it's impact in using Aeries. With so many tables, this is difficult to understand what all the permissions affect.

Scheduling Course Request Tally report should display 14 grade levels
The Scheduling Course Request Tally report displays a maximum of nine grade levels, but a TK to 12 school has Fourteen grade levels, only grades 4 to 12 print on the report. Grades TK to 3 are left off the report

Emergency Contacts - Ability to hide aspects of contact info from other parents
For separated parents who want to protect their personal information (address, employer, email, phone number) from the other parent, we need the ability to restrict what parents get to see that won't just hide all contact info from everyone. Basically, we need a way for a parent to see their own info and and maybe just the name/relationship for the other guardians. This will enable parents in these situations to feel safe with providing this important information that we need on file.

Student Summons Report - add SSID number to report
Please add SSID number as an option to be selected when running the report in addition to the student ID/Perm ID.

Requesting a Next InterDistrict Transfer Expiration Date.
In preparation for the end of year rollover, I would like to request a Next InterDistrict Transfer Expiration Date. I manage the rollover area very carefully and the expire date does not exist for next year's transfers.

Transcript auto populate the Year according to the last entry
In previous years, the following would happen when entering multiple grades onto a transcript.
Click "Add One Record"
Click "School" then "Year", then "Grade", etc....
To add another grade to the same transcript, I would:
Click "Add One Record"
AERIES would auto populate the "School", "Year", and "Grade", according to the last entry
This year, the "School" and "Grade" are auto populated, but the "Year" is not. This really slows down the process of hand entering grades. I hope it can be changed back to the way it was in all previous years.2 votes -
Make Contact Linking More Intuitive
When using Contact linking it is unclear in the pop up that you are choosing for both primary contact 1 and primary contact 2 regardless of which contact you are trying to link. For example, you are on primary contact 2 and you get the same pop up window as you do on primary contact 1, you might think you are only linking numbers for primary contact 2 and have the option to link two numbers for contact 2, when in reality you are overwriting your contact 1 selection if you put anything in the top box.
