Student Absent or Tardy Report - Enhance report to support Contact Linking information. Headings are hardcoded to display original Fathers Work and Mothers Work. If Mother's information is listed in Contact Linking as Primary 1 it display's under the Father heading.

Attendance by Photo/Seating Chart - Make student fields visible
Display student fields on the Attendance by Photo/Seating Chart page for the teacher without having to click the information icon to open up an addition window. It would be helpful to teachers to have the information visible as it is on the Attendance page. This could be a feature in Next Gen.

CRDC - Make Multi-Part Identifier Error more friendly/Change to warning
CRDC The multi-part identifier "STU2.ID" could not be bound. Make the error more user friendly to identify the issue. Or get rid of the error all together and make it a warning when there is no data to report.

4x4 Color Code Class Schedule
Currently coded open blue circle for an available class, but does not differentiate between Fall or Spring Term. This improvement would be the most valuable.
Also red x with red circle for a full class, but does not differentiate between Fall or Spring Term. This would help using wait lists.11 votes -
Section fields in HIS table for Virtualized Dual Enrollment Courses
For college credit courses taken by students, often the school does not know until after the end of the semester (and often after all other grades are in). The course/grade can be added manually into the HIS table. However, for CTE credit courses, the CTE fields on the MST screen do not get filled in. They must be put in manually into the SCSC extract file.
Add the MST.TEP, MST.HQT, and MST.ISI, MST.DLI, as well as the MST.OIT fields to the HIS screen.3 votes -

Add the "Copy" button to the DIS page.
Add the "Copy" button to the DIS page. ( when enabling the Advanced features for DIS. ) the "Copy" button is removed. We are wanting to use this for keeping track of PBIS. ( a 2nd feature could be adding multiple codes to a single DIS record which would limit the need to "Copy" - "Copy" would still help when multiple students are involved in the same situation.

Interventions Details (INV) - Limit users to be able to view only their own records?
We want to have them be able to enter their own records, but it becomes a privacy question if they have access to all records.

TREx Export – PersonalGradPlan
Personal Grad Plan field will be added to the TREx Student Record. The same logic will be used as for PEIMS to determine if the student has a Personal Grad Plan, or whether to use LSI.

Student Attendance Report Returns in an .aspx file
We have attendance clerks using the “student attendance” report. They would like to run a keep with a list of student IDs and receive a printable pdf report of the “student attendance” report. As it is now, keep or no keep, that report responds with a single student’s data in a web page in the browser. There is no feature or function to have that report created for anyone student or students within a printable pdf, just an .aspx web file is return in the browser.

Room Number on Period Attendance Audit Report
My sites are requesting that the Room number from MST Section be included in the Period Attendance Audit Report. It's very time consuming and difficult to identify the room numbers of hundreds of teachers when distributing these reports. Thank you!

Display the Primary Teacher for Inactive Students when school year ends
Display the most recent Primary Teacher in the Primary Teacher(s) field on the Student Demographics screen when a student is inactivated and no longer has classes and the School year has ended.

Would like to be able to make schedules visible by grade level
Our counselors would like to allow current students to see their schedules for next year, but not our pre-enrolled 8th graders who will be 9th graders next year. They don't want to make schedule changes for those students until just before school starts.

Add Source code to the AUT records created when CAASPP scores are imported
During the CAASPP Test administration students are asked if they want their test results released to CSU and/or California Community Colleges. If the student does not want the information released, the authorization record will be created

Inactive Schools and School Selection List
When we have a school marked inactive (happens from time to time when a county school or preschool isn't used for a year) but we want to keep the school number, it would be nice if the school would not appear on the school dropdown selection listing any more.
