  4. Initialize GRD based on CAR

    Allow Negative Attendance Schools to initialize based on CAR not just the Classes page. We have had issues with the GRD looking at the Classes page when kids are placed in classes ahead of when they actually start the class.

    Separate current Data Confirmation settings from the setup for the upcoming school year. For districts that the NYR is only days before Data Confirmation for the new year starts - there isn't a lot of time to configure changes for all of the schools for the new year, and if we make the changes to text and AUT in the year that is ending - it may change / override important factors.

  13. Unrelate staff record if record is closed and not for current year

    Currently, if a staff record contains any field entry for a school (whether closed or not) it will show up under that school as "related to that school."

    I.E. Staff member has a primary school (STF.PSC) of 223 and has an STJ record that has an end date in 2019 for school 221 (STJ.SCL) and a current year open STJ at school 223 (STJ.SCL). In the Staff listing, on the staff page with "Only records related to this school" checked, this staff member will show up in the list for school 223 AND 221 even though the 221 record is…

  14. Add Incident ID’s to Discipline similar to Assertive Discipline

    Currently, it isn’t possible to connect students that are involved in the same discipline incident, like you can with Assertive Discipline. Is it possible to submit a request to Aeries to add a feature like that so that they can anonymously connect multiple students to an incident?

  15. Pre-Rollover Audit Report - Excel Version (not PDF version)

    Because of the need to sort the data in the Report, I opted to select the Excel version of the Report (in place of the PDF version). However, there are lots of problems with the Excel version.

    1. The data in the Excel version is formatted like the PDF version
    2. Like the PDF version, the data in the Excel version is divided into Pages
    3. The data in the Excel version includes empty columns inbetween columns with data -- (I counted 11 empty columns in my Report)

  18. Allow the Ability to Copy Standards in SBG

    Allow the ability to have a functional Copy Standards button in SBG > Standards so that we can easily change/modify the copied standard to what we need, as well as the name (of course). It is so easy to make mistakes, especially when adding so many.
