Alpha Order Reset on Teacher Name Selection in Reports
When highlighting Teacher names in the alphabetical Teacher selection field on Weekly Attendance reports or in Class Rosters, the list of Teacher names jumps back to the top after each selection. It becomes time consuming to scroll through the list for each selection, especially as staff reaches mid to end of the list. Please enhance so the list of names does not jump back to the top after each selection.
Class Rosters under attendance is just one example of a report where when you filter by teacher then scroll holding ctrl to select multiple teachers, when you scroll down and…1 vote -
SINF - ODS reconciliation - CALPADS extract
The 8.25.22 SENR ODS reconciliation extract process is pretty nice!
It would be nice if something similar could be done for the SINF. Right now we have to extract the full history of changes (8,000+ records as of right now for us) and this will only continue to grow.
Recent experience shows that even after the redesign, the larger the file .... THE LONGER CALPADS takes to process the file.

Parent Data Confirmation Status Report Restricted Contact
For Data Confirmation when a student has a restricted record to not show contacts when the parent does parent data confirmation they do not see the contacts tab but are able to complete parent data confirmation. For the Data Confirmation Status Report the student shows up on both reports. The Competed and incomplete report. Can you please consider updating the logic on the report so that students in such (admittedly rare) circumstances do not show up on the incomplete DC report?

Independent Study Agreements - Lock Attendance
It would be nice if we could lock attendance from being entered by staff members for any student who is coded as being in the ISP program in the STU.SP field until all signatories have signed the ISP Master agreement electronically and the ISP contact has been activated in the Independent Study Agreement table.

REPORT Request: Identify students who have enrollment leave date and NOT re-enrolled during the school year within the district
We would like to identify students who ended enrollment in a school site during the current school year and did NOT re-enroll into the same school or enroll into another school within the District during the same school year. Query does not support this data request at this time. This would help identify ACTUAL losses from the District during the school year.

Make STU.GC not available in Update Code table since it does not work.
Request to have Aeries put in a warning message maybe in the Update Code Table screen for GC or to make it so that we cannot add GC to the Update Code Table (not having it as an option), since adding GC codes in the Update Code table does not make the STU.GC a drop down.

Language Assessment - Add AELPAC Scores to ELPAC Electronics Scores Dropdown
The ELPAC Electronic Test Results drop-down did not include the Alt ELPAC SSR for a student that took the Alt ELPAC test. Please add the AELPAC test to this drop-down.

ENR Table in Query
When running a query on the ENR table it only pulls enrollment history from the database you are currently in, limiting all enrollment history pulled to information users already have. If the ENR table could be used to pull all enrollment history regardless of which database you are in it would give much more helpful and robust data!

Red Flag Date incorrect
On occasion when reenrolling a student the Red Flags will show the date of enrollment with the User name - appearing like a new note.
This can be confusing because the original user may no longer work at the site. A best practice is to review all Red Flags at enrollment.7 votes -
Add an option to email nurse staff when entries are made to medical history
Our nurses would like an option added to receive an email when a change is made to a student's medical history. We do have them receive emails for changes made when the parent data confirmation process is open but we would like this to happen all year long. Site staff doesn't always remember to notify them when they add a new medical history record.

Make a report to track Chronic Absenteeism
We need the ability to easily pull Chronic Absenteeism information. Specifically, it would be nice to pull it by a date range; i.e. 8/19/2021 to 9/30/2021. With Chronic Absenteeism being so very important, it would be oh so dandy to have this be a report that we can have our sites run regularly.

Remove Classes from past terms from the EDIT screen on the Classes page
Classes that have ended, have had grades submitted, and their term is no longer current should not be displayed when editing a student's current or future classes in the Classes page. This clutters the Edit screen with classes that shouldn't be edited because their CAR records will be affected.

Online Enrollment limit schools in the dropdown menu
For Online Enrollment on the Other District Enrollment Page when selecting What was the most recent school attended at this district to be able to select what schools you want to show in the dropdown menu. Currently, all schools show and they would like to select the schools that show.

Auto hide deceased contact in Aeries
If a parent is tagged as deceased, instead of deleting data which is a horrible practice, can the 99 tag auto hide from the parent and student accounts.

MOVE GPA History (GRG) from the Extracurricular Activities Page to it's own page under GRADES. I have the need to calculate cumulative GPA for only T1, T2, T3 of the current year only to determine end of year awards. The cumulative GPA counts either current term or ALL grades in the transcript page. I currently have to query the GPA for the correct terms, then export into excel and calculate the cumulative YEAR GPA. It would be nice to first of all have these term GPA's in an appropriate location like under GRADES, then to have aeries calculate cumulative GPA…
