Print Standards Based Report Cards - Add a Date Field When Printing Report Cards by Section
When using the Print SBG by Section Option and selecting section, it will include all students that were ever in that section (even if it was for a couple of days at the beginning of the school year) rather than just the current students the teacher has.

Ability to resize gradebook columns
Teacher request: Is there a way to shrink down the column size so you can see more assignments in the gradebook on one page? I don't want to shrink down the % size of the screen or set up a 2nd monitor. Everyone I've asked says it's not a feature. Excel has it, but not Aeries?

For Apple School Manager (ASM) pull staff who don't have an active TCH or SSE record (SSE if using Flex).

We've noticed that staff accounts that have Primary School: La Mesa Spring Valley School District-0 on their staff screen are not in the staff.csv file and hence are not pushed to ASM sftp.

Email staff users when a new account is created for them
It would be nice for there to be an option to email the User or Staff member for updates done to their account.
When we hit save if a pop up could state "email user with updates" Yes or No.
New accounts to include username, password and link for the sign-in page. Also include the permissions that have been assigned to the staff member.
Changes to the account to include a comment box were we can state the change. i.e. "Legal Name updated", "Room Number Udpated", etc.

There is a Code for the amount charged, date charged, amount paid, date paid, and school but not balance due.

Query - Ability for Descriptions on STU.CNS
Description on STU.CNS would give users without STF permissions the ability to query by teacher/counselor. Flex uses STF.ID for primary teacher and makes it very difficult when they just get an ID number from STU.CNS. We don't want to give out STF permissions to all these people that have access to STU.

Enhance the Online Enrollment Admin Console to do an input validation to ensure COD values entered in places like the STU User Codes and Supplemental Codes areas honor the max length a field can be given.

Ethnic Studies Indicator in Courses and Transcripts
AB 101 requires CA high school students to take ethnic studies to graduate. Can we add a field in Courses > Other to mark which courses meet this requirement - as we have for Algebra 1? We will need this notated on transcripts as well.

Copy From Summer School
HI Team,
Please create a LOG entry when someone runs "Copy From Summer School". There's no way for me to track who ran this process when creating duplicates in HIS table.
Any ADD to Transcripts should also be captured in LOG.

Add a field that allows us to weigh Dual Enr courses with 5.0 weight
We need to weigh our Dual Enrollment College courses for a weight GPA of 5.0, without making the Dual Enrollment course an AP course.
Currently our AP courses are also weighted 5.0
There is only one field to tag our AP courses so that it is weighed 5.0, but it is the same field that is used to tag the course as a dual enrollment course.
We would like a field added that weighs a course 5.0 but does not signify that the course is an AP.

SMS Rejected Students - We would like there to be a KEEP so we can keep rejected students
When viewing rejected students on the SMS board, there should be an option to keep students so we can work on their schedules. It's not efficient to copy paste or write down their ID numbers.

Demographics Address Alerts
Enhance the Alert messages displayed on Demographics when Address changes are made and Decision Insite is enabled to give more detail. and more of a user friendly response.

Student Assertive Discipline Record report - If the report is printed for a single student with no ADS records, it gives "an error has occurred" message.

Allow teacher to change gradebook score codes to a score easier
When teachers use the temporary code of TX - Temp Excused they currently have to locate those scores and change them to a score or to a zero. Is there a way to mass change those or filter by those codes to make them easier to change?

Create virtual "Course Section IDs" in (CRSC) and (SCSC) For more transcript hand entries
Please add a 'trigger' field to create virtual Course Section IDs for other courses. (Just like the process that allows Aeries to create virtual Course Section IDs for Dual Credit courses that are hand entered onto the transcripts) And, add the fields to HIS (like you did for SDE) that can be populated for differing attributes depending on the circumstances. For Example: A course taken in an Independent Study program may be Distance Learning, or may not - the DLI field should be available. The MST would have indicated the differences in ESR, LI, INS, FS, TEP, ISI, DLI, OIT,…

Assertive Discipline - Add alert to enter Administrative Decisions
We set DSP.DS to be a required field, but the user will only be alerted of it if they remember to click on "Add New Administrative Decision" in the Administrative Decision portion of the Assertive Discipline page.
It would be great to have an alert to remind the user to enter a disposition in the Administrative Decision section once they click Save after entering the incident information.
What would be even better, is if there weren't two separate sections to complete. Have it be one form, rather than two.

Geographical Based Search with area mapping
We serve a wide area, and with that comes altitude changes by a significant degree. To search students and systems that may be affected due to weather, lack of transportation, and overall ease of being able to track population, it may be nice to integrate an area selection tool that can map out where student's residence are based on their input of address.
