Prevent Staff Records From Being Deleted or Inactivated if Association to Another Table Exists
Prevent staff records from being deleted or inactivated if the Staff record is associated with another table such as MST or SSE. Also, add a warning message indicating the associated tables prior to allowing the deletion or inactivation of the staff record.

NSLP Online Survey Provided by USDA
The USDA has a new online survey for the free and reduced lunch application. https://www.fns.usda.gov/cn/web-based-prototype-application
If something like this could be added to Aeries, that would be a great benefit to our school district. My understanding is that the online survey needs to filter into an SIS system. We currently use the Income survey on our parent data confirmation, but that seems inadequate.

Class Summary Gradebook format change when zoomed in 200%
Small thing, when teachers with poor eye sight zoom in on their browser (tested with chrome) 200% (yes they zoomed this much) the formatting adds a teacher field that says "Null". Can this be removed or add the teacher name?

Allow data overwriting in Import Data to Aeries
On the Import Data to Aeries page, allow attendance data to be overwritten by the imported attendance data in flex scheduling. Currently, if we mass upload tardy data into Aeries, it creates a duplicate section instead of overwriting the attendance code already entered.

Online Enrollment - Be able to choose from two schools
we would like parents to be able to choose either of those two schools when doing online registration, when they fall between those two school's address boundary. Is that even possible? I noticed when setting up the Street table, you only have a place for one school.

Parent Ed Level in Contacts - Allow Required for Parent/Guardian Only
Parent Ed Level and Required fields: Please tie the 'Required' status of the con.elv field to only be required if the con.cd field matches the selected fields in District Settings: "Codes Identifying Parent/Guardian in Contacts (CON.CD)". So, if we choose to make the con.elv a required field -- it will only be required when the cd = those in district settings.

Add LIP special program records automatically
Currently, we have a SQL script that generates 301 LIP program records for all students enrolled in our Dual Immersion charter school and 305 LIP records for all EL students at all of our other schools. Then it adds an end date to the 305 LIP record when the student is RFEP'd. It would be nice if we could do this within Aeries instead of relying on a SQL script.

View All Students in School - Allow the permission to be set in Groups, and function without user needing at least one section
The Special Permission of "View All Students in Current School" should work when added as a permission in "Group", not just "Portal Groups" and "User". It only works if the Teacher record has at least one student/section attached to their Teacher record.

Non Admin Users to make UGN and UGP changes
Allow non Admin users to make security changes to Users and User groups.
For example - HR staff to assign Users to groups and sites without making HR staff admins.

address change and related field updates
When address change is done and it is not in our streets table, the grid code, residence school, next school and next residence school need to blank out. We pre-enroll students who are matriculating to middle schools from grade 5 to 6. Pre-enrolled records are created in February. The cascading data change should also happen on the pre-enroll record.

Remove the Limit Grade Range option button and always show/print grade 9-12 (based on grade levels at school)
We hate that the limit grade range low grade and high grade doesn't seem to stick to default 9-12. Please either remove the option button and always limit to 9-12. Off Course grades will still print no matter what the grade range. We really want the high grade to always be 12. Thank you.
