Show API Status for CERS Student Group Extract Files
In the CERS Student Group Extract view, please add API status indicators so users can quickly tell whether a file was intended to post to the API and whether that post was successful. In addition to the existing record count, adding columns such as API Enabled and API Success would allow customers to validate scheduled vs. manual processes at a glance, reduce confusion during troubleshooting, and minimize the need to look in SQL for confirmation. Aligns UI visibility with data already stored in the system (FLI)

PDC Medical Insurance: Additional Required Fields
Carelon requires Subscriber First Name and Subscriber Last name for CYBHI billing. We would like both of those fields to be required when parents select any of the insurance carriers except for "None", similar to have the Member ID field works.

CALPADS CRSE: Dual College Credit Course Extraction Logic for Fall 2 Reporting
Enhance CALPADS CRSE reporting logic for Fall 2 submissions to correctly handle Dual College Credit courses:
- For courses where Course Level = 24, if the -
College State Course Code (CRS.CC3) field is populated with a valid college state course code, extract from CRS.CC3 field and extract the course as a Dual Credit course in the CRSE file.
- For courses where Course Level = 24, if CRS.CC3 is null or not populated with a valid college state course code, use the State Course Code (CRS.C3) and extract the course as a Dual Credit Course in the CRSE file.23 votes -
Show Alt Ed Scheduling Actual Courses as Current Courses on the Student Career Pathway Page
When Alt Ed Scheduling is used, courses that belong to a student’s Career Pathway are not marked “Yes” under Current Courses on the Student’s Career Pathway page. This happens because Alt Ed Actual courses do not have a section associated with them, so the system cannot link them to the student’s current enrollment.

Filter queries by chronological date
When running a query and filtering by date field, it doesn't sort it chronologically, it sorts it numerically, which really isn't helpful at all. It would be better if it sorted it chronologically.

Improve Student Search Consistency When Names Contain Special Characters
Student Search should handle special characters (such as hyphens, apostrophes, commas, and accent marks) consistently across all name‑based searches. Currently, results can vary depending on how a name is entered and where special characters appear, which may make it harder for users to locate students. This enhancement would improve search consistency and usability by making results more predictable when special characters are present.

College articulation should follow students to their new school on transcripts
College articulation set up at one school does not print when the transcript is printed from another school in the district, so staff re-enter the same articulation at every school. Modify this so Transcripts print college articulation based on the school where the course was taken, with no re-entry at the student's new school. This will ensure transferred students do not lose college credit on their transcripts.
Workaround: Enter all College Articulations for all schools at the District level.

Remove Middle School Transcript Records for High School Students Post Rollover
Add an optional step to the New Year Rollover process that allows districts to automatically delete transcript (HIS) records from high school students' transcripts when those records were taken at a middle school.
Consideration should be made regarding Off Grade Courses (OGC) table if these transcript records count towards High-School Graduation requirements.

CAASPP TOMS Test Settings Returns 403 "Not Associated with Specified LEA or School" When Identifier Fields Contain Non-CDS Values
When a directly funded (independent) charter school submits or deletes CAASPP test settings through Aeries, TOMS returns the error "This student is not associated with the specified LEA or school." This happens because Aeries sends the authorizing district's identity as the LEA instead of the charter's own reporting LEA. When mapping Grade Level codes on the SIS Integration page, districts currently see every possible grade level (Pre-K through 18th grade), even when their schools only serve a smaller range. Grades the school doesn't offer still show up needing a mapping.

Use a Font with Distinguishable Characters for User Entered Data
Aeries displays user entered text in default system fonts, where similar characters such as uppercase I and lowercase l often look identical, along with other common pairs such as the number 1, the number 0, and uppercase O. This makes it difficult to read and type values accurately, especially identifiers such as student IDs, usernames, email addresses, and codes, and leads to data entry errors and confusion. Clearly Differentiate Most Recent and Previous Login Dates
The Users page displays the Current Login Date/Time (UGN.CDT) under the label Last Login Date/Time, which can be misleading because the label suggests the value represents the previous login (UGN.LDT). Enhance the page by updating the labels to clearly identify Most Recent Login and Previous Login

Grad Date Format Missing on Enhanced (1-Column) Transcript for CA Districts
The Graduation Date Format setting on the Enhanced (1-Column) transcript is available only to Texas districts, so other districts can print only the month and year of graduation.
Make the setting (MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY/MM) available to every district, as some colleges will not accept a transcript that shows only the graduation month and year.2 votes -
Restrict who can select the Term and Mark on Copy Grades to Transcripts
On the Copy Grades to Transcripts (HIS) page, prevent campus users from selecting the wrong Term or Mark to Move (which can push incorrect data that then requires SQL to correct) by limiting those selections to users who hold the appropriate grade-reporting and transcript-setup permissions. District-level staff keep full control; campus users cannot change the values away from the correct ones.

Deselecting a school in the Active Students by School and Grade report does not remove it
When running the Active Students by School and Grade report from district view, unchecking a school did not remove it; the school reappeared at the end of the selected list and still printed on the report.
The only reliable workaround is to clear all schools and reselect schools.

Mark Contacts Confidential From Other Contacts
We need the ability to mark specific contacts as confidential and hide their contact information (name, phone, email, address) from other Parent Portal users, including biological parents who retain educational rights. This is critical for students in foster care, where a parent may legally access grades and attendance but is not permitted to know the foster placement details. Currently, entering foster parent contact information exposes it to the educational rights holder, preventing us from creating appropriate portal access for foster parents and ParentSquare.
