Please freeze header row on Define Fields to Sync/Lock page
Please freeze from the header row (which includes Field Name, Description, Sync Changes to Field, and Lock Fields in Pre-Enrolled Records) to the top of the Define Fields to Sync/Lock page so that as you scroll down, you can easily click Save instead of having to scroll to the top to Save. And see which column you are syncing or locking.

Scrolling to the Save button and emembering which column of checkboxes controls which fields is inconvenient.
