Create a Medical Formatted Text Document
Our district uses health care plans for students that have previously been printed and placed in a teacher's inbox. With virtual learning, we see a need to have a place in Aeries where we can create a document in Medical that includes formatted text and possible check boxes so the appropriate teachers/staff have access to the information.
This will help promote paper-less documents,
allows for immediate access for up-to-date medical/health information
for the nurses and allows the information to be placed in 1 area rather than having to provide information to each individual teacher.Some students may require multiple health…

Google Integration - Allow changing OU
Allow registrar to manually change students OU for Google based on OU structure already defined in Google on a per student basis. Illuminate had this ability so we did not have provide access to Google Admin. It could all be done through SIS.

Add Schedule Group on the Student Information Bar
Display the Scheduling Group field so we can see if they are Hybrid, In-person or DL so we can see it when we are doing attendance or other tasks. Adding this to the Student Information bar, General tab, would be a solution that would make it appear on every page in Aeries.

Online Enrollment/Data Confirmation - Document Requests - School Level Setup
I love the new Document Requests screen but I quickly realized that it does not have the same level of setup as the Portal Documents screen. I need to be able to setup separate upload windows for each school. Not every school is prepared to accept documents through the portal and they at the least would like the dates to be able to coincide with their Data Confirmation window.
Also it would be helpful if the "Requested Documents" could have the same school and grade level view filters that the Portal Documents do. For example only our seniors need to…

Students can enter in the Wellbeing Status via the student portal.
The new Wellbeing Status option is only inputted by teachers in attendance. In middle and high school-aged schools, students may not want to share that information. It would be great if students were able to enter their own status and it is limited who gets to view it for confidentiality purposes.

Add the Option to "Select All" or "Clear All" on the Suspension Attendance Listing by Student Report
Would like to have a feature added to the Suspension Attendance Listing by Student report. Rather than having to click on every code, please add a "Select All" button or "Clear All" button and the ability to deselect codes if needed.

"Student with Consecutive Absences" and "Class List by Section" report is truncating long students names
"Students with Consecutive Absences" and the "Class List by Section" report - add an option to print Landscape or allow the full name to be printed by word-wrapping long student names. Currently, long student names are truncating.

One Roster & API - Alt Ed Scheduling Shows Wrong Course
When using the alt ed scheduling features (which I love) the students' classes are being exported through the API and One Roster files as the generic Alt Ed Course that I created instead of course that it has been updated to. We need them to reflect the real course instead of the placeholder so that curriculum and assessment vendors that use these files can assign the correct content.

Having the ability for users to pin specific dashboards to the user's home page in Aeries would be a great way to present data at their fingertips.

Allow for neater printing using CSS print styles
Currently when trying to print pages in Aeries the generated page leaves a lot to be desired. If your development framework allows it, adding CSS print styles could make those all pages much more readable and formattable when hard copies are printed out. You currently do this for "@media screen" in your CSS files but it would be great if this was added to printed pages as well.

SMS Text Confirmation Option for Portal Acct Creation
When creating an account some parents have issues with the email confirmation process. It would be great if there was an option for Text Message Confirmation instead of email.

Weekly Engagement Report - Print ALL weeks or date range
Be able to print a date range or all weeks of Weekly Engagement Reports. As of now, we are only able to print each week of reports and then must select the next week to start the printing process again to PDF.
It would be great to be able to generate ALL weeks of reports for ALL teachers if possible(or any custom selection, of course).2 votes -

Emulate Parent Account from the Student Profile
It would be nice if everywhere a parent account is listed (like Profile) it were possible to click the "emulate" button.
Right now the workflow is "Grab a student ID, then copy it, then search it in Manage Parent/Student Accounts, then emulate."

District Attendance Letters - Allow uploading a school logo
Add an option to upload a district or school logo to the District Letter Editor The logo needs to print above the formatted address information.
