1. Attendance 1-Page Calendar-View

   The Attendance / Quick Print for MS/HS is an awesome 1-page calendar view of a student’s attendance that makes it easy to analyze/identify attendance patterns for chronically absent students.
   1)Can you please make this layout available for elementary students? Since this layout is only available for MS/HS Students, this report is a multi-page report that just prints the list of dates and absence codes. This report format makes it hard to identify attendance patterns and last date of attendance.
   2) Can you please make this layout available in the reports section? This would allow us to to select this report for multiple students with just one click.
   3) Can you please add Attendance Percentage (either % attendance or % absent) on this quick print report as someone already mentioned?

2. Long Description of Content Standards made visible to parent in gradebook

4. Add Green Highlight to Start Date in Job Assignments on Staff Page

   Please add a green highlight to STJ.SD on Staff Page since this is a state reportable field. The addition of the green highlight will eliminate campus errors when coding for state reporting.

6. Query - Allow Saved Queries to be shared or copied to other Schools

   It would be great if you could save a query to more than one school or if the system allowed you to copy a query to one or more schools to save time. This would allow the same queries to be created at the District level and shared to school sites.

14. Create a "Behavioral Snapshot" that incorporates DIS, ADS, INV and CNF all on one page

    It would be really awesome if there was a "One Stop Shop" for all behavioral tables. This page would be a place where one can go and see all Discipline, Assertive Discipline, Intervention and Counseling notes/narrative for a particular student. This way, an admin or counselor can go to one page and see the whole picture for a student's behavior and all steps already taken.

    My counselors would like to be able to use Speech-to-Text when entering Counseling notes as they are sometimes lengthy and feel it would save time. Just an idea....thanks!

    Currently a browser plugin can be used for speech-to-text needs and work with any website, including Aeries.

20. Special Program LIP records - don't auto close based on enrollment

    Here is a scenario of one EL student. I created an open 305 program record at school zero start date 8/13/2019. The student left on 12/19/2019. I didn't close the program record as it will need to stay open since she is still "eligible" to receive LIP services. Then she came back on 8/17/2021 and she is attending a different school in our district.
    I would still want the 8/13/2019 as the start date to post because that is when she became eligible. But it looks like the SPRG sends a end date of when she left our district and the program record closed. A new program record is created with a start date that is same as the new enrollment start date. But in Special Program, having the pre-existing 8/13/2019 record, it is also sending a overlapping record.

    Could we treat this record like the old special ed record program code 144 where the program eligibility start and end date is not affected by the enrollment start and end date?
