Student Search (Non Fuzzy) and accent marks
When using regular non fuzzy student search it does not find a student last name or first name that has an accent mark like Peña unless you type in the accent mark. Add an enhancement for regular non fuzzy search to find the accent mark like fuzzy search does.

Add Filter to Classes Page for Flex Periods
Add a filter to the Classes page for Flex Periods. If there's 10+ Flex Periods, the filter is needed for managing the Classes page when scheduling a student.

College Articulations - Allow more Courses
Please update the College Articulation table in Aeries to process multiple course numbers. Currently, it is only looking for a single course #. We have districts who are using multiple course numbers per school year: e.g., HR7131 = Fall, HR7132 = Spring, or HR7130 = 1 Semester Course. Also, we have combined courses (up to 4 course numbers) that requires students to complete before they earn the college credit. Please allow up to 4 possible course #’s.

Service Learning Required Hours Calculation
Create an option to turn off the initial calculation of Service Learning Required Hours.
Currently Required hours will be set to 0.00 for prior years if the student was not enrolled, or if enrolled for only a portion of the year. Required hours will be pro-rated and a number less than the full required will be used for the current year.5 votes -

Color Code Class Schedule by Period
We would like to request an option to color code class periods on the student classes page. This ability would assist staff when calling classrooms to make sure they were calling the first period teacher's room instead of the 0 period teacher, as an example.

Push Student Groups
Please add the ability to push student groups from the district level out to the school sites. For example, I want to create an Dynamic group for Foster Youth and push that to the sites to view their students. I want to do the same for IEP students, 504 students, Homeless Students & Chronic Absent students - all Dynamic Groups. It's a little ridiculous to have to create the same group at each school site & then have that group reflect in the District list.

We are working on Data Validations and have a ton of missing Primary contact and educational rights boxes not checked for parents and guardians. Can there be a way in Online Enrollment to make these fields require? This would save so much time.

Transcript - Add Override Weight button for Single Course History Record
When students are transferring schools and have received honors weighting for a specific course at their prior school, it would be nice to have an override weight button on the transcript table under more. Registrar's could then use an existing non-weighted course code in their course table that matches subject area and validation rules, yet have the ability to tag that specific HIS record as H (Honors) under more on the transcript table in order to weight the GPA for that individual HIS record.
The alternative would be to create multiple generic course codes in the CRS table that match…

Online Enrollment / Data Confirmation - Fillable Forms
I made all my documents fillable PDF forms and uploaded them to Aeries portal documents; however, Online Enrollment and Data Confirmation in the document section instead of having the parent download the document and then re-upload the document, (which takes up more time), it would benefit the parent/guardian to make this section a little more user friendly and more efficient if the parents can just click on the PDF form, fill it out, and electronically sign or type in their name.

MST Board - automatically change view to current term when opening this page
Currently when I open MST Board it defaults to 1st Trimester. It would be nice if MST Board opened to the current term by default (which right now is 2nd Trimester)

Display period on SMS builder conflicts
On the SMS builder, when you click a set of conflicts to view, have the period display on the conflict view. Going quickly when building master makes it hard to remember which period you are looking at
