SSID Import Results -
Update the email results to include a list of SSID numbers in addition to the number of students who already had different SSIDs. This will help with identifying the existing SSID in Aeries18 votes -
Student Data Printout – Enable Report at District Level
At the district level, the Student Data Printout report is not available. Please add this report to the district level so staff at district level (departments) can run keep queries and pull selected students across multiple schools without switching between individual school databases.

Add Filter for Schools on pages with Schools Dropdown
Add a filter to pages listing Schools such as the Security-Permissions, School Access and other similar pages. This is especially important to larger Districts.

Add AP fields to ADA Summary Report
We would like to add a report option to include the AP1 and AP2 fields when running the Average Daily Attendance (ADA) Summary report. We use these fields to keep track of our students that are in and out of district and it would be very helpful to have this information on this report. We are currently using a roundabout method to figure out ADA for our in and out of district students by utilizing the monthly attendance reports that thankfully do include those fields.

Behavior emergency improvement
When you click on the magnifying glass, it goes to a completely different Incident ID, student, and school (Behavior Emergency)
(see attached picture)
Since behavior emergency is tucked into an assertive discipline tab, along with its own listing drop-down, the incident ID should link…meaning if you click on the magnifying glass, you see if there is an ADS incident associated with the behavior emergency.
EXAMPLE:
1. A student gets suspended, so it’s entered into Assertive Discipline. Incident ID is created.

Supplemental Attendance linked to Student Groups/ParentSquare
We have a growing need to communicate to our supplemental attendance rosters through ParentSquare. We are currently maintaining the sessions in Aeries and the groups in ParentSquare, and there is a concern that as roster changes occur, the ParentSquare group may not be updated accordingly. We would like to request the ability to link a supplemental attendance roster to a student group. This will allow us to manage the roster in one location and have it automatically update everywhere else.

Print GPA Calculations Report Options
To assist with analyzing Seal of Biliteracy GPA criteria for English Language Arts coursework, report options need to be enhanced. Some ideas could be add a report option to print selected Courses by Subject (not all), or add a field to the BGV table for the GPA Value and Subject Area that can be queried, or add a Report Tag Value to query the GPA Value and Subject Area

Requesting that students Final Marks be added to the Category Summary data when running a Gradebook Summary
We do a lot of looking at how the categories compare to the students final grades. When we run a “Gradebook Summary” Report, the students grade in the class is shown with the gradebook score (that’s needed) but in order to see patterns between the category scores and the students overall scores, I have to manually place them next to the Category Summary data. Can the student Overall Mark PLEASE be added in an additional column at the end of the Category Summary? When typing in the "Code" box on the Interventions Details screen, is there a way for it to be searchable like the Referred By box? For e
When typing in the "Code" box on the Interventions Details screen, is there a way for it to be searchable like the Referred By box? For example, when someone types in "acade" nothing displays. It will be very helpful for our staff to have a popup box or at least have it so that "Academic Support 1:1" begins to show as an option. The dropdown is nice but it still can be a lot for staff to search a long drop down.

Importing credential information directly from CTC based on SEID?
Can Aeries set up a nightly export of credential information from CTC into Aeries based on SEID?
Currently, our HR system is doing this, but creating reports or gathering data for the HR system is not the best. It would be amazing to have that information directly entered into Aeries to allow us to verify Fall 2 data to query out what might create CalSAAS misassignments.

No Show Setup - New Prior Year Exit Default Date
I have struggled for years with the issue of having the correct No Show date be used - because the No Show Wizard does NOT help our users make the correct choice.
So, Here is my solution proposal.

Saturday School Makeup Summary/Visibility
As part of Attendance Recovery (AR) implementation, please also have Saturday School Make up codes be visible with number of day of completed. This will help staff decide which attendance absence to utilize. It's also important to have the value (field) be queriable. Thank you.

Add features to Online Enrollment
Under the Contact area: add a field for birthday and CorrLang
When parents complete the student information they should be mandated to add where student was born, city, state and country.
Medical area: Make is mandatory to fill out and make is easier for families to complete, they completely bypass this area, maybe make the No health issues a button and if they select other they can get a drop down menu of choices.5 votes -
CalPads Log Details - PLEASE Add Button ASAP
PLEASE add "edit" button so you can check the boxes of certain lines you want deleted. "Delete All" could work also.
It is very time consuming to delete each line individually. Click Pencil, Click Trash, Click Ok button Click CLICK CLICK CLICK.
Sometimes there are over 25 entries and in order for certain errors to go away you need to delete the calpads log records.

Extend length of first name field for the Print Smarter Balanced Cards (SBAC) - CAASPP
The current Print Smarter Balanced Cards (SBAC) - CAASPP report is not pulling the full name used by TOMS if it is a longer name. We have a student with four first names, total character length with spaces is 29. The report appears to only be pulling 16 to 17 characters as only the first two names show. This makes it challenging for sites to get the student signed on for state assessments when the card does not match what TOMS has. CALPADS accepts 30 characters for the first name field, can the report be updated to match that length.

Accommodation Detail field dropdown added for this field
Add a dropdown menu to the 504 Accommodation Detail field to provide a standardized list of common accommodations. Include a text box option labeled “Other” so users can enter unique accommodations not listed in the dropdown.
User Impact:
Teachers, 504 coordinators, and administrators entering accommodation details would benefit. The combination of a dropdown and text box would improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across the district while allowing for unique student needs to be documented.1 vote -
Assertive Discipline Referrer dropdown list
Currently the dropdown list for the Assertive Discipline Referrer field (ADS.SRF) displays Staff (STF) records that are tagged as Inactive. Add an option or filter to not display Inactive Staff records in the dropdown list.

Allow for Adjustment of Credits in A-G College Entrance Requirements
Allow for adjustment of credits required in the College Entrance Requirements. Districts may have alternative credits per semester rather than the default 5.00 credits per semester used in the College Entrance Requirements A-G calculation.
Example: 0.5 credits earned per semester course. A - History = 2.0 credits requirement (instead of 20 credits)
