Student ID #'s on second page of SBG
Can AERIES please make is so that the student's ID can appear on the second page of the SBG's? Asking because we would like to send them out on ParentSquare and in order for this to happen, they need to have the student's ID in the same location on both pages.

Parent Data Confirmation - Parent ability to copy shared info between students
When parent is completing DATA CONFIRMATION they should have the option to copy all contacts, family info, and income to all their other students at the same time. Not have to do one at a time. So when they move on to the other child, they would only only need to finish stu info, insurance authorization. Saving lots of time for parents with multiple students

Add permission for Import Data to FLG table
Add an Insert Permission for FLG table, so that non-Admins may be authorized to Mass Update FLG, which is presently locked to Admin accounts only.
"Unfortunately, the FLG table is one that does not have the "Insert" permission as an option. And "Insert" and "Mass Update" are required for a table to show in the Import Data to Aeries list. So only Admin type of accounts can Import Data to Aeries for FLG."

School of Choice Request - Additions
Our student service department is requesting features to be added to School of Choice. One feature is to auto fill the grade with NG when they are filling out their next year transfer request If possible or a report that shows students who created SCR with the wrong grade. Also they would like to see the School choices be limited based on students grade/ng. We had parents create request to our middle schools with students in elementary grades like 2nd.

Add more fields for offenses in Assertive Discipline
Site Admin are requesting additional fields for offenses in Assertive Discipline, as they have encountered instances with more than 5 offenses. Can we please have additional fields added? We are requesting up to 10.

Update test part numbers for CAASPP interim assessments that are missing
There are a large number of interim tests that do not have an associated part number. Please see the list below of interim assessments results we atttempted to load and a part number could not be found for.

Transcript: Enhance TTP : Test Administration Data
We would like Transcript Definitions (TTP) to align with the Texas Academic Achievement Record (AAR) 2024 requirements.
For each of the five EOC subjects, transcripts should display:
Highest performance level earned
Administration name
Year of administration (YYYY format)
Our Testing Department requires that transcripts display not only the highest EOC performance level earned, but also the administration name and year associated with that performance level.1 vote -
Transcript: Enhance MST : Default Credit Security Option
We would like the ability to restrict access to the Default Credit field within MST.
Many districts would benefit from having a security option that prevents campus users from modifying this field while allowing district-level staff to maintain control of course credit values.

Transcript: Enhance TTP/Course : Cross-Averaging of Single-Semester Courses
An enhancement request was posted on May 21, 2021, requesting that single-semester courses with a Course Sequence of "DO" or "0" not be averaged together.
Currently, single-semester courses are being cross-averaged, which can result in inaccurate transcript data. In some cases, students who have failed a course still appear to earn credit because the averaging process incorrectly combines semester grades and awards credit.
The current workaround requires districts to repeatedly run queries and manually correct transcript records after grades are copied each year. This approach is inefficient and increases the risk of transcript inaccuracies.

Transcript Consistency Across School Years
Currently, after a rollover, if a course completed in a prior school year needs to be added or corrected on a student's transcript, the course information must often be updated in two separate environments: the current year database for transcript purposes and the prior year database for PEIMS reporting purposes.
This duplicate data entry process increases the risk of inconsistencies and requires significant additional effort to maintain accurate records.

Transcript: Provide security option for HIS.CHC
We would like the ability to restrict access to the Characteristics section within a course on the HIS. All Course Characteristics are assigned at the CRS level (CCH), and the HIS (CHC) does not need to be edited.
Many districts would benefit from having a security option that prevents campus users from modifying this field while allowing district-level staff to maintain control of course characteristic values.

Transcript: Standardize all headers for OCR Consistency
Standardized Student Header Across All Transcript Pages
As part of our migration from ScribOrder to Parchment, one of the key efficiencies we hope to gain is Parchment's ability to automatically retrieve transcripts from our repository to fulfill transcript requests.
However, we have identified an issue with our current transcript format. The placement of the student's name, date of birth, and student ID number is not consistent from the first page to subsequent pages. Define Required Fields to be Conditional
This request is to have a way to add conditions to the required fields.
Example #1: If Code 3 (Possession) was selected by the user, then the Weapon field should be required before the user can submit the record.
Example #2: In CA, students cannot be suspended solely for the defiance/disruptive code (Code #12). Requiring a second code when Code#12 is first selected would be great.

Update teacher display in Gradebook to clearly delineate which students are physically present in class
All absences, except one type, definitely show up in the gradebook as a small marker in the corner of the box that the assignment grade is in. Pre-arranged absences do NOT show up on the gradebook page in any way, shape or form. This means that teachers can inadvertently give credit to a student for something like participation even though the student was absent because the absence can not be seen on the gradebook page.

Need more Indexing on the LOG table
Please consider adding more indexing to the LOG table. It would be much better to try and implement this early in the school year, before the logs grow too large.
NOTE: The original request has been modified to be a bit more generic, as we cannot commit to doing this exact solution without considering the other effects on the system. However the overal ldea is the same, to improve the functioning of the log table to allow better searching of the results.

Weekly Progress Emails — Add Option to Exclude Inactive Sections
What is happening now:
When a district deactivates a section mid-year, students linked to gradebooks tied to that section stop receiving all weekly progress report emails — including for their active courses. The email process does not check section status in MST or the student's current CAR records, and fails when it cannot retrieve Flex Period Start/End times for an inactive section. The only fix today requires a direct SQL update to the GBU table, which has no UI edit path.Why this matters:

Counseling: Allow same-day entries to be sorted based on time of entry.
On the Counseling page (and possibly other pages), the Display Options allow you to sort entries made on different days to be either descending or ascending. But if you make several entries on the same day, you can't sort them, and they are always ascending. Meaning that if you sort the rest of the older entries the other way, now you have a mismatched sort combo. Can this somehow be corrected?

Enhance ELOP/Leap Process
CDE instructions indicate that the LEAP extract should include everyone enrolled in the program, Whether they participate or not. At present, the Aeries process only creates PGM records if ATD is present. We'd like to enhance the process to create a PGM record with 0 days so that we don't have to manually add their records.

CCGI Data File to exclude optional fields
For the CCGI student file, we would like to have the option to exclude optional data elements from the student file. Specifically, we do not want to include program participation or other non-mandatory fields.
