Log ANL file activity between Aeries and ParentSquare
When Attendance Notification (ANL) records are created in Aeries, implement a logging and tracking process that records each stage of the data flow—from when the file is generated and sent from Aeries, to when ParentSquare receives and processes the data. This logging would provide visibility into the full lifecycle of each notification and clearly indicate where failures occur, whether the notifications were not successfully transmitted from Aeries, not received by ParentSquare, or not sent out by ParentSquare after receipt.

3rd Party System Connections: Notify Administrators That USPS Address Validation Requires a Paid Subscription
What is being requested
The info banner on the USPS Address Verification section of the 3rd Party System Connections page should be updated to notify administrators that a paid USPS subscription is required for address validation to function. The banner currently only prompts users to register for a Consumer Key without indicating that a subscription fee is involved. Why this matters
USPS retired its free Addressing API and replaced it with a paid subscription model. Districts that have not completed the USPS sign-up process will find that address validation does not function in Aeries. Without a clear notice on this…8 votes -

Changes to Calendar Made After Attendance Initialization Should Update Associated ATT and CAR Records
When calendar DAY values are modified after Attendance and Course Attendance have been initialized, corresponding ATT and CAR records should be updated to reflect those changes. Currently, users are able to bypass system warnings and proceed with Calendar changes even after attendance has been initialized for the academic year. This behavior creates inaccuracies in pre-existing attendance and course attendance data as the day number changes do not cascade to Attendance (ATT.DY) or CAR (CAR.D1 and CAR.D2), leaving the day and date mismatched.

Include College Credit Only courses (Course Level 23) in the CCI College Credit measure
The College/Career Indicator (CCI) College Credit measure currently counts only Dual Credit courses (Course Level 24) and does not count College Credit Only courses (Course Level 23), so students who complete College Credit Only coursework are not reflected in the College Credit measure even though the 2025 CDE Dashboard Technical G

Import Test Results - Update i-Ready import to support Reading Spanish Diagnostic Results Export
The Import Test Results page is currently programmed to support only the Diagnostic Results layout, which includes a single comma-separated (.csv) file for English results and another for Math results.
Please add programming support for the new Reading Spanish layout to allow importing Spanish Lexile scores for assessment of Spanish reading proficiency.
Important Note: While the current mapping similarities in the headers allow the new Reading Spanish file to post, this often results in incorrect subject associations and data inconsistencies.27 votes -
CALPADS CRSE: Dual College Credit Course Extraction Logic for Fall 2 Reporting
Enhance CALPADS CRSE reporting logic for Fall 2 submissions to correctly handle Dual College Credit courses:
- For courses where Course Level = 24, if the -
College State Course Code (CRS.CC3) field is populated with a valid college state course code, extract from CRS.CC3 field and extract the course as a Dual Credit course in the CRSE file.
- For courses where Course Level = 24, if CRS.CC3 is null or not populated with a valid college state course code, use the State Course Code (CRS.C3) and extract the course as a Dual Credit Course in the CRSE file.23 votes -
Show API Status for CERS Student Group Extract Files
In the CERS Student Group Extract view, please add API status indicators so users can quickly tell whether a file was intended to post to the API and whether that post was successful. In addition to the existing record count, adding columns such as API Enabled and API Success would allow customers to validate scheduled vs. manual processes at a glance, reduce confusion during troubleshooting, and minimize the need to look in SQL for confirmation. Aligns UI visibility with data already stored in the system (FLI)

CAASPP TOMS Test Settings Returns 403 "Not Associated with Specified LEA or School" When Identifier Fields Contain Non-CDS Values
When a directly funded (independent) charter school submits or deletes CAASPP test settings through Aeries, TOMS returns the error "This student is not associated with the specified LEA or school." This happens because Aeries sends the authorizing district's identity as the LEA instead of the charter's own reporting LEA. CALPADS and TOMS hold these students under the charter's own reporting LEA, the same code shown as the Reporting LEA and School of Attendance on the student's CALPADS enrollment record, so when Aeries sends the district identity (whether the district CDS code or the value in the Public CDS or Unique…

Enroll Path: Only show grade levels used by the school in SIS Integration grade mapping
When mapping Grade Level codes on the SIS Integration page, districts currently see every possible grade level (Pre-K through 18th grade), even when their schools only serve a smaller range. Grades the school doesn't offer still show up needing a mapping.

Filter queries by chronological date
When running a query and filtering by date field, it doesn't sort it chronologically, it sorts it numerically, which really isn't helpful at all. It would be better if it sorted it chronologically.

Improve Student Search Consistency When Names Contain Special Characters
Student Search should handle special characters (such as hyphens, apostrophes, commas, and accent marks) consistently across all name‑based searches. Currently, results can vary depending on how a name is entered and where special characters appear, which may make it harder for users to locate students. This enhancement would improve search consistency and usability by making results more predictable when special characters are present.

Allow insert Test Scores via the API
As it stands, API permissions only allow for read/update in the test scores table. Without "insert", we'll always have issues with bringing in compatible data from 3rd party vendors (like Renaissance for instance).
Please add this feature, as it will save a lot of admins a fair bit of hassle/extra steps in making this data available to staff & parents.

At-Risk Nightly Update Process Using Incorrect Date for Program 409 At-Risk Record for Student Truancy
When the At-Risk Nightly Update Process is enabled and evaluates students for At-Risk indicator of Truancy, the Student At-Risk Indicator and the Program 409 record are populated with date the nightly update process is run. If the Truancy Date Met is prior to the date the process is run, the Student At-Risk Indicator and Program 409 records do not reflect the correct date when the student met the definition of Truant. The nightly update process will be updated to use the Truancy Date Met as the start date for the Student At-Risk Indicator and Program 409 At-Risk records.

Honor New Year Rollover 'Close Program Records' end dates in the SPRG extract
When a district uses the New Year Rollover "Close Program Records" option to end programs and then runs the SPRG extract from the new school year database, the extract does not use the end dates applied during rollover.
What is being requested: When a program is closed during New Year Rollover, the SPRG extract should report that program's actual end date, so districts can run and submit SPRG from the new school year database.
Why this matters: Districts that adopted the "Close Program Records" option reasonably expect to run SPRG from the new year database. Today the extract substitutes a…
