Improve Student Search Consistency When Names Contain Special Characters
Student Search should handle special characters (such as hyphens, apostrophes, commas, and accent marks) consistently across all name‑based searches. Currently, results can vary depending on how a name is entered and where special characters appear, which may make it harder for users to locate students. This enhancement would improve search consistency and usability by making results more predictable when special characters are present.

Check for Existing Records through Import Data to Aeries - Supplemental Attendance
On the Import Data to Aeries page, it would be great if it checked for preexisting identical rows of data within the table and prevented duplicate uploads for information into the Supplemental Attendance Data (ATD). This would allow a continuously running attendance roster without having to separate out student data that has already been uploaded, allowing us to keep a Master sheet instead of having to start over or manipulate data for each new upload cycle. Attendance Recovery Bank - Include Independent Study Incomplete
On the Attendance Recovery Bank page, Independent Study Incomplete records need to be added to the Total Verified Absences column. These students are allowed to recover ADA records and need to be incorporated into this page.

College Entrance Requirements-Science
On the College Entrance Requirement Screen, can we have a Physical Science and a life science delineation? The A-G Requirements are 1 year of a Life Science and 1 Year of a Physical Science and lumping them together has the potential of it looking like a student met their A-G but their 2 years of science may actually be 2 years of physical science or 2 years of life science. See screen shot for an example.

Align the Student Dental Report with the Updated Dental Page Fields and Labels
Recent enhancements to the Student Dental page have caused the Student Dental Report to become misaligned with current fields, labels, and data organization. As a result, some report columns are unclear, incorrectly labeled, or no longer reflect how dental information is entered in Aeries, making it difficult for users to interpret results and verify accuracy. Aligning the Student Dental Report with the updated Dental page will improve clarity, reduce confusion, and ensure reported dental data is consistent, reliable, and easy to validate.

CALPADS SENR - Allow Short Term enrollment records to extract with completion status codes
The SENR extract fails to include the Completion Status Code even though it is populated in Aeries. This causes an error in CALPADS: SENR0029 – Missing Completion Status. Adjust the CALPADS SENR logic to include completion status codes from STU.HSG, Graduation Exemption Indicator STU.GEX and Date Graduated STU.DG when the student's enrollment status is 30-Short Term and the fields are populated.

Online Enrollment - TX Home Language Survey - Allow multiple language selections per question
Based on the June 2025 version of the TEA Home Language Survey, please update the first 3 language fields so that the parent can select multiple languages per question. On the import side, allow the staff members to narrow down the multiple languages submitted by the parent to a single language to be imported. Additionally, update the Language Information preview to display all of the questions, and ensure that the Home Language Survey report in Aeries is updated to reflect June 2025.

Delete/Drop Multiple ATA records
Allow for multiple students to be selected and dropped from ATA instead of individually having to use the edit button to manually delete a student from ATA. Especially for the ELOP program, students may not need to be moved to new session, they just need to be dropped completely, and the current options don't allow for deletion.
Once they are selected for delete/drop, a warning pop up could appear, also noting that students with ATD can't be dropped.

Academic Plan Report - One-Pager
I was so excited to learn that the Academic Plan was printable. However, it is not great. For a senior, it prints out 5+ pages. Please continue to work on this so that the plan can be printed on one page.

Update Income Survey with 26-27 Income Rates
I realize this is partly dependent upon the release of federal income guidelines (https://www.fns.usda.gov/schoolmeals/income-eligibility-guidelines), but as soon as those income guidelines are created, having someone from the Aeries team create the alternative would be amazing. Minimizing any time between when guidelines are released and the alternative income survey is completed by Aeries will be super helpful for 26-27 enrollment (as we start enrollment for 26-27 once the alternative income survey is available).

Assertive Discipline
When creating an Assertive Discipline entry, there are some fields that our District has deemed as REQUIRED fields for an Administrator to fill in. For example: When a weapon is involved in an incident, the type of weapon is tagged as a REQUIRED field to be indicated in the Assertive Discipline entry. Unfortunately, Aeries will allow the user to finalize the entry without filling in one or more of the required fields, and then a DVS Error is generated, due to the fact that one or more REQUIRED field(s) were not filled in, after the fact.

Report for counts of how many completed PDC
My Superintendent asks for daily updates on how many students have / have not completed the data confirmation process. It is cumbersome to have to run this report by site (I see there is an idea to have it ran district wide), but if there was a report that would just have total counts like students enrolled, PDC completed, PDC not completed, this would save us so much time every day.

Show API Status for CERS Student Group Extract Files
In the CERS Student Group Extract view, please add API status indicators so users can quickly tell whether a file was intended to post to the API and whether that post was successful. In addition to the existing record count, adding columns such as API Enabled and API Success would allow customers to validate scheduled vs. manual processes at a glance, reduce confusion during troubleshooting, and minimize the need to look in SQL for confirmation. Mark Contacts Confidential From Other Contacts
We need the ability to mark specific contacts as confidential and hide their contact information (name, phone, email, address) from other Parent Portal users, including biological parents who retain educational rights. This is critical for students in foster care, where a parent may legally access grades and attendance but is not permitted to know the foster placement details. Currently, entering foster parent contact information exposes it to the educational rights holder, preventing us from creating appropriate portal access for foster parents and ParentSquare. Red Flags on Gradebook/Rosters/Attendance/Seating chart
If a student has a flag it should show up for the most important end user - the teacher! They are NOT spending their day clicking into demographics for every student. EVEN if its just an icon SHOWING they have a red flag. Especially useful when we have subs as well who wouldn't know about custody issues or an IEP or a medical issue. The data exists, we just need to use in a meaningful way.
