Security - User School Access - Inactive School Indicator
Please make the User School Access page show which schools are inactive by changing the font to red or yellow.

Add red flag visibility to the Teacher Class Attendance page
If a Red Flag is added for a student, have it display on the teacher's Class Attendance page for each student, by highlighting the Perm ID or another area in red, similar to the SSA Date functionality.

State Seal of Biliteracy Report needs to sort by Student Last Name instead of by Student ID
Please change “View Data” portion the State Seal of Bilteracy Screen to sort the students by Student Last Name instead of sorting by Student ID. When we print the “potential and qualifying students” and send the PDFs to the schools to verify it is very hard for all of us to work with a PDF file that is sorted by a student number instead of alphabetically. By the way, the Golden State Seal Screen sorts the potential and qualifying students by student last name. Thank you.

Global Messages - support multiple languages
The ability to post the message in other languages, the same way you we add multiple languages for Data Confirmation.

Courses - Sort SMS courses by period
When you are on the courses page and click on the SMS tab to see the sections for that course it is sorting by teacher and section number. It would be nice if it sorted by teacher and period or just by period.

Eliminate the "Google Assignment Scores Import" warning for no score
The warning that appears after importing scores from Google Classroom is unnecessary. I see this pop up warning box for just about every single assignment. Teachers commonly have one/a few kids who don't do the assignment, and we don't need a warning about it in Aeries. We see this when we grade the assignment in Google Classroom, no need for this warning box.

Add Intervention table to Field Value in Analytics for an Item Definition
Add the Intervention table as an option for creating Field Level Indicators. We use this table in many ways want to create an indicator based on Category.

Aeries Analytics ability to pin specific dashboards to a user's home page for easy access
Having the ability for users to pin specific dashboards to the user's home page in Aeries would be a great way to present data at their fingertips.

Emulate Parent Account from the Student Profile
It would be nice if everywhere a parent account is listed (like Profile) it were possible to click the "emulate" button.
Right now the workflow is "Grab a student ID, then copy it, then search it in Manage Parent/Student Accounts, then emulate."

Security - Show Inherited Permissions
If a security group has inherited permissions, it would be really helpful to have those indicated on that group screen so we'll know if we need to add or deny permission. Maybe a highlighted yellow box to show it's already been checked via inheritance?

Tracking non credentialed staff course assignments
It would be nice to be able to assign TA's(staff not students) to courses in Aeries, this would be a huge asset to the ParentSquare integration

Option for single label from demographics page
It would be very helpful to be able to have a print label option under the printer dropdown on the demographics page. It would be so useful in printing labels upon enrollment of a new student.

Revise or Create Interface to configure "Forgot Password" email.
The email that is generated from pressing the "Forgot Password" link at the parent portal is being blocked by many domains because of the subject line, "Aeries - Reset Account Password". That subject line looks highly suspicious and we need to be able to edit it to look much more benign, perhaps with “Aeries – Support Request Reply”, instead.
We are asking that Aeries updates the hard-coded subject line or to provide an interface allowing us to configure the subject line and text of any email that the system sends, but at the very least, starting with the Forgot Password…

Security - When Changing a Username in UGN, Also Update the Username in USO and USR
When changing a username, this change does not automatically cascade to the USR and USO tables causing school access having to be reassigned, and user preferences to not follow the user. This is an issue when name changes and in turn the username needs to change.

One Roster & API include ClassCode field
There is an optional ClassCode field in the Classes file that we can utilize to make it easier for teachers to identify their classes in other systems. If we could add just the section # MST.SE in this field that would be great. Everywhere else it is appended with other information (School code) and we want to have just the section #.

Improve Functionality of Teacher Attendance Mass Apply
Here are three changes that would improve the usability of the new Mass Apply feature for attendance:
1) Having the menu hidden by default is a nuisance for a teacher who has to use it 7 times a day. There should be an option to have the filter open by default. Perhaps a checkbox?
2) The filter should remember the last setting used. For example if a teacher is filtering for a specific cohort that corresponds with a day the week, they would only have to set the filter up once at the start of the day instead of 7…5 votes
