District Attendance Letters - ability to sort printed letters
When we take large batches of letters to the post office, we need to have them sorted by zip code. If we are running letters for the entire district, we will need this sort option when printing letters. We also need the ability to sort printed letters by school. Currently a copy of the letter is supposed to go into a students file, so we need to be able to easily divide up the printed letters by school so that they can be sent out for filing. CALPADS Data Audit - Race/Ethnicity Error Fixes
On Student Data Audit for CALPADS, the Race & Ethnicity errors are triggering for students with a Z code in ETH (Decline to state) and ZZZ code in RC1 (Decline to state) even though the ZZZ code are is mapped to Decline To State on CALPADS XRF. Those should not trigger errors, only blank values should trigger errors. Also would like option to exclude warnings and just process Errors.

Option to hide sex/gender on Student Emergency Cards
We have a student that would like to change their gender, but doesn't want their parents to see. We were quite pleased to scour the parent portal and see no occurrence of sex or gender, until we got to data confirmation and found that the sex of the student prints on the Student Emergency Card and would be visible to the parent. It would be great if you offered the option to hide sex/gender on the Student Emergency Card that prints after Parent Data Confirmation is complete.

Display Scheduling Exclusions on the Classes page
From the Trainers - Scheduling Exclusions need to display on the Classes pages. When students have class scheduling changes during the school year, the Scheduling Exclusions continue to be mandated. The office has no indication that a Scheduling Exclusion applies to a student's schedule.

District Attendance Letters - Prevent timeouts and make the process more efficient
There are 2 issues with District Attendance Letters:
1. Generating letters are displaying the warning symbol and are timing out
2. Opening the Completed letters is timing out at the school level. Completed letters can be opened at the district level.21 votes -

Flex scheduling- Please add Field-Level Security for Primary Teachers (Student/Parent portal)
Please add Field-Level Security for Primary Teachers so it can be turned on/off. We are using Flex Scheduling and when the primary teacher is set to Yes for Section Staff Members, it is visible on the parent/student portal before schools are ready to release that information.

Missing Attendance Report - clear all missing attendance for the day
I submitted the ticket below and was told Missing Att is intended to be run daily. That is understood but it is often not feasible to correct all missing teacher attendance that quickly, especially with over 70 teachers on staff. Having an option to clear all missing att classes by day or in some large chunk would be beneficial.

Portal Options Scheduling: add TK grade level to Date Ranges for Course Requests
Add the TK grade to the Date Ranges on the Scheduling tab in Portal Options, to support scheduling for TK grade students using the Portal. This request was specifically made for use in Summer School scheduling.

Assertive Discipline - Add a Field in Disposition to track name of admin making decisions
We have a referrer field on the assertive discipline record, but there is no place to put who was the counselor/principal/etc that made the administrative decision.
OUSD tracks this information on a paper sheet filled out by the teacher, and completed by the admin. However, we have no place in Aeries to assign the admin that completed the record. We would have to go back to the paper to find out which admin made the decision on the dispositions.13 votes
