Graduation Status and UC/CSU Eligibility Reports - Hide Upcoming Courses
In the Student and Parent Portal the Graduation Status page, Graduation Status Report and UC and CSU Eligibility Reports list the upcoming scheduled courses when the Portal Options to Hide Scheduling Results from Parents and Students and the Hide Currently Scheduled Classes for Future Terms from Parent and Students are selected. Please update the page and reports to honor these Portal Options.

One Roster & API include ClassCode field
There is an optional ClassCode field in the Classes file that we can utilize to make it easier for teachers to identify their classes in other systems. If we could add just the section # MST.SE in this field that would be great. Everywhere else it is appended with other information (School code) and we want to have just the section #.

Permission to put Red flag on graduation status page without giving permission to change graduation requirements
Please allow districts to choose to give permission to users to put Red flags on the graduation status page without having to give them update rights to REQ table which allows them to then change graduation requirements.

Improve Functionality of Teacher Attendance Mass Apply
Here are three changes that would improve the usability of the new Mass Apply feature for attendance:
1) Having the menu hidden by default is a nuisance for a teacher who has to use it 7 times a day. There should be an option to have the filter open by default. Perhaps a checkbox?
2) The filter should remember the last setting used. For example if a teacher is filtering for a specific cohort that corresponds with a day the week, they would only have to set the filter up once at the start of the day instead of 7…5 votes -
Allow for a Report to be pulled for Pending Import students
Our secretaries have full access to Online Enrollment so they can import the students. Our principals would like view access so that they can monitor TK/Kinder enrollments during the Kinder enrollment period. Unfortunately you can not give just view rights so it would be helpful if the Principals could pull a report listing the Pending Import students. That way they can view and monitor without the ability to import.

Data Confirmation - Add a "Next Student" Button
It is unclear for some of our families that they need to complete Data Confirmation for each student. Please add a "Next Student" button after completing data confirmation.

Data Confirmation Authorizations Receipt Email
Our district would like to see in the Data Confirmation Receipt email that the parents receive to list what Authorizations the Parent either Allowed or Denied.

Add an option to select SST in School Locator Cards for Summer School
Allow an option to select terms in Student Locator Cards when Summer School Course Request scheduling is enabled. SST table is used when students have not been copied over to Summer School yet. Currently, this report only looks at TRM.

Update Verbiage on the Scheduling Setup Page
This verbiage needs to be modified to explain the process more correctly:
On the Scheduling Setup page, if you select Blank out the SSS Table and Do Nothing with the SMS Table, when you click on the Initialize Scheduling button, the Confirm message asks: Are you sure you want to initialize SSS and SMS using the above options? The SMS table should not be part of this question.

Edit Access to ELAS Code and Date
Please give admin accounts edit access to the ELAS Code and ELAS Date fields on the Language Assessment screen. It would be nice to be able to make quick updates after a change in CALPADS instead of having to wait until the next day for an extract that reflects the updated ODS.

Option to remove "overall" score from standards gradebook
Would like to seen an option to remove the "overall" score from the standards gradebook. For districts fully implementing the Marzano philosophy of grading, each standard should stand on its own and not be "averaged" into an overall mark/grade.

Add red flag visibility to the Teacher Class Attendance page
If a Red Flag is added for a student, have it display on the teacher's Class Attendance page for each student, by highlighting the Perm ID or another area in red, similar to the SSA Date functionality.
