Will this feature be added to the online registration?

I have my Health Services Department asking for an update. Is there a timeframe you're hoping to have this completed? Thank you!

My school district plans to begin collecting the data for CYBHI purposes this upcoming school year. Is there a rough estimate as to when this feature will be available?

To initiate the process, the District requires proof of insurance (see attached). By submitting this form, you are providing consent for the school district to seek reimbursement for any physical or behavioral health services your child receives while at school. Please note, your insurance will not be billed or notified of services your student receives. There is no co-pay and no impact to your insurance coverage. Having insurance is simply the requirement to seek CYBHI funds

We also need Insurance/PDC to include:

Do you have insurance Y/N?

Insured P/G Name, DOB, and Employer name

Also, if possible, change the Company Name field to a drop down so that we can create a code table for site staff to choose from for uniformity.

Yes! This is an urgent need sooner rather than later. All of these ideas/fields mentioned please and an option to select "I do not have insurance at this time" if needed so the required page can be satisfied as answered and allow the parent to move forward with the enrollment or the data confirmation process.

This would be critical and has to be implemented for both PDC and Online Enrollment.
@Helen Encinas has stated very clearly what needs to happen for CYBHI grant, and according to my student services director, almost all districts in California will receive the grant this year.

Enhancing Aeries Online Enrollment for CYBHI Billing. This five-year, more than $4 billion initiative will transform how California supports children, youth, and families.

Medical Information:
Implement a robust system to capture essential medical information during enrollment. This may involve adding specific fields or using a third-party integration.

Consent Forms: Ensure parents/guardians explicitly FERPA and HIPAA consent to collect medical information.

Update Aeries Insurance Information Page:

Comprehensive Data: Add fields to capture detailed insurance information, including a required filed.

Insurance carrier name
Policy number
Group number
Subscriber ID
Effective dates
Primary care physician (PCP) information
etc.
Clear Instructions: Provide clear instructions to parents/guardians on accurately completing the insurance information. Required filed......

Aeries Customization:
Customize the current insurance information pages to meet specific CYBHI requirements.

Consider using built-in features or creating custom fields to capture the necessary information.

Due to the recent changes in medical billing for school districts "California Youth Behavioral Health Initiative," it is critical that the district be able to obtain medical insurance information from families that can be updated periodically. The ability to gather medical insurance information will afford schools the ability to bill for mental health services and expand support services to students. This is a California initiative, and you will likely hear from other school districts who will begin billing.

Very important to capture this data.

Can we also add the Subscriber number as well for the PDC. This is a definite for the current Insurance screen but if it is getting added to PDC this field is also important.

Allow parents edit access during data confirmation to edit their student's Insurance information.

This is important to us as we need to streamline the process of medical billing to insurance (including Medi Cal) for services.

This would help us and our Medi-Cal reimbursement program.

Be able to capture health insurance information and to populate the fields for Health Insurance Name and Student Medical Record Number/Policy Number in the Medical Insurance Page

Please vote for this. We are trying to use Aeries for printing out billing so you don't have to use the NCR forms. Very important!!!!
