5/12/25 Update:
We have been meeting with the Third-Party Administrator for CYBHI, Carelon Behavioral Health, in order to make sure that the next round of updates all conform to their established imports and processes. We are starting development on additional features for this project, which will be released as soon as they pass testing.
- Adding the ability to prompt and/or require parents to confirm their insurance information as part of Parent Data Confirmation.
- Adding additional fields to hold Subscriber information to the Insurance table.
- The fields to be added will be informed by the Insurance file requirements controlled by Carelon.
- Insitituting a drop-down menu with pre-poulated medical insurance carriers for easier data population and management.
- The list for Insurance type M (Medical will be pre-populated from the list provided by Carelon.
- There will be an option for "Other" that will allow a different insurance carrier to be entered into a…

Hello, I wanted to let you know that the following development was completed as part of the changes for Expanded Learning Programs and shipped on 6/24/2025.
Here are the relevant revision notes:
New Year Rollover:
- For California districts, data in the following tables will roll over for records with start dates on or after July: Supp Att Calendar (ATC), Supp Att Assignments (ATA), Supp Att Data (ATD).
School Info:
- Configurations > District Settings:
- A new district setting titled “Supplemental Attendance Program Codes for Attendance Recovery” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.
- A new district setting titled “Expanded Learning Programs” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.

Due to the recent changes in medical billing for school districts "California Youth Behavioral Health Initiative," it is critical that the district be able to obtain medical insurance information from families that can be updated periodically. The ability to gather medical insurance information will afford schools the ability to bill for mental health services and expand support services to students. This is a California initiative, and you will likely hear from other school districts who will begin billing.
