LOG - Adjust entries coming from Flex Period FTF records
In Flex Scheduling schools, LOG entries contain erroneous data in the SC column and the CO column. When user performs Updates and Deletes to Flex Period records (FTF), LOG entries set the school number equal to the sequence number instead of the logged in school. Also, the description in the CO column contains an extra character after the 'FTF'.
When updates or deletes to FTF occur, the SC column of LOG should always contain the school code of the school where the FTF record exists. Not the SQ number.

Allow districts to set the threshold birthdate for Early-TK qualification
Our district has extended our Early TK to include those with birthdays from 7/1 - 8/31, but the 7/1 date is hardcoded and we're not able to adjust to allow those additional 2 months

DUO - Separate Teacher and Office Users Login into two distinct areas
When using other Multifactor Authentication apps, we have the option to set it up for Admins, Users and Teachers, DUO should provide the same option (and not group Users and Teachers together.)

Exclude record from SDEM flag for STF records
It would be ideal if there was a flag for excluding certain STF records from being pulled in SDEM files. We now have virtually all staff records in Aeries for ParentSquare, which we use for COVID daily screening, and we need a better way to exclude classified staff and sub teachers who have SEIDs. We have more of these than you might think, as many people got a SEID as a sub or they failed a credentialing program and now work in classified roles, like Instructional Assistants or Clerical staff. Ability to Print CAASPP Parent Reports by Teacher/Grade
It would be super helpful to be able to print the parent score reports for the CAASPP by teacher and grade level. There is no option for this past 2019 currently in Aeries. Printing these reports from TOMS is not as efficiently organized.

Records Request to populate the student's SSID
For Records Request when they accept the transfer from the other district we would like the student's SSID to be populated, We were hoping this could assist with gathering SSID for the upcoming school year.

TX - Disable Transcript Averaging for Certain Courses
Add function that allows user to specify at the course-level whether course should be included in transcript averaging. For example, if a student completes a credit recovery course, that course should not average with the original course. Another possible solution would be to average based on course number rather than PEIMS ID.

Student Attendance Quick Print Report in Flex Daily Schools
In a Flex / daily schools the Quick Print report on the Student Attendance page displays 0 - Unassigned under the Enrollment Information Teacher column. Enhance to display Primary Teacher name.

Grade Report Options- Add Citizenship default value to mass add when we opening grading for teachers. And allow teachers to overwrite default value as needed. (We do not scan grades and the current option for Citizenship default does not work in our case)

Withdrawal Form
Please move this to an easier to access place in Aeries. Clicking report and then withdrawal is not efficient. It should be an item under student data or even reports - like how you can push a button and just get that specific students attendance in reports, the withdraw student should work the same.

It would be great to have a way to automatically add all rejected students from the SMS process to a waitlist for a course at a given point in our process in scheduling.

Witnesses and Victims statements: allow upload of document or picture
After a discipline incident, statements are often taken from witnesses and victims. These statements are usually handwritten on paper. The Witnesses page includes an Account/Testimony field, which is potentially used by some schools.
At the spring 2023 AeriesCon, a customer asked for Witnesses to allow uploading of a document containing the witness statement. The document should be associated with the Incident ID.
Other options to consider: automatically associating the uploaded document with WIT, VIC or ADS depending on where it was uploaded. Allowing this document upload from WIT, VIC, or ADS, depending on the role of the involved student. If…
