Save Option for SSID Match Operations
Could a save option be added to the SSID Match Operations? When working with hundreds of New SSIDs it's nearly impossible to finish the process in one seating. There are times when I accidentally click on another page and when I go back to SSID Match Operations I have to start over. There are also the issues of not having enough time to complete the process or timing out and having to start over rather than where you left off.

allow teachers SBG entry for inactive students that were enrolled during the term
We have students who leave our district throughout the school year. Sometimes, the students leave a few days before the term ends. We would like to have grades entered so the students can take them to the next school. However, once the student is marked inactive, the student will disappear from the view of teachers. This requires that the grades be filled out by someone with admin/user access.
We would like the teachers to be able to see students who were enrolled in their class during the marking period term dates. (Maybe an asterisk to indicate the student is currently…

Add growth scores to the NWEA MAP import.
The NWEA MAP does not import growth fields. We need these added to the import ASAP.

Courses College Articulation tab - If a duplicate record is being added, provide a warning that two articulation entries cannot be saved that have the exact same information in the Primary Key fields (SC, ID, CN, FSY, LSY) Ex: Same Active Years

Print School Leave Date on Transcript if Student Is an End of Year Leaver
If a student leaves at the end of a school year, the leave date does not print on the transcript. This is an issue for current and future enrollment verification purposes.

supplemental attendance class roster sort by grade
We would like an option to sort the students listed in this report by grade level.
We have a master list with over 100 students listed, but they are only ever listed by last name alphabetically. We would like an option to sort the students listed in the report by grade level. (This could be either a checkbox for all results, or a subset sorting option for certain sorting selections.

CON.NP COD Descriptions
Contacts page - Display the CON.NP = 0 Code Description from the COD table. A previous modification added the ability to display the hard-coded CON.NP = 0 description of "Do Not Contact" but the COD description should also be able to be displayed for districts changing the default wording.

Differences between the Language Assessment Screen and Query
Differences between the Language Assessment Screen - Home Language Survey titles and the Titles on the Query output are confusing.
Query says Primary is L2 but on the LAC page the 3rd field is labeled Primary. L3 is the 2nd field on the LAC page but is L3 on the query3 votes -
Add a button to authorize the secure transfer of enrollment records between Aeries schools in different districts
When a student is enrolled in an Aeries school and now wants to matriculate into another Aeries school (for instance, moving from a middle school to a high school in a different district), allow for a parent to authorize the secure transfer of their enrollment records and any other necessary data to the second school.
This would save the family from needing to go through re-enrollment again and having to upload the same set of documents they already provided to the first school.

Create an A-G Status Letter Text Editor similiar to that of the Graudation Status Letter Text Editor. This will allow us to provide a customized A-G letter for students and parents that provides a more personalized message/report to increase results!

Print Withdrawal Form in Student's Correspondence Language
Currently, a withdrawal form cannot be printed in the student's correspondence language. We had a parent ask for the Spanish version, but it is not available in Spanish.

Years in TREx export are out of sequence.
When exporting data through TREx the Academic Sessions are out of sequence, it would be nice if they were pulled and listed in order when sending exports to other districts and colleges.

MST Board - Option to Lock/Unlock Sorting
When working on future scheduling, I have admin users who need to keep the sorting options the same as they work through the courses/teachers.
It would be helpful to be able to lock/unlock the sort options so that they do not have to be reset each time the MST Board loads.

Staff names with the same characters
Staff names with the same characters have 2nd letter of the first name added to the staff/user ie; Marco Heart and Melissa Heart would be mheart, but when the second mheart becomes a staff member the second letter of their first name is added ie; meheart this is extremely helpful when counselors/ teachers and staff are trying to reach the appropriate mheart.

A queue showing discipline referrals sent from teacher discipline to admin active discipline.
A queue showing discipline referrals submitted by teachers to administrators and the progress that admins have made in the active discipline . Admins want to see what teachers have submitted without copying and pasting into active discipline. teachers want to see that the admins have processed the discipline- even if the details are not completely visible.
