Attendance Audit Listing District Summary
In Aeries CS, the Attendance Audit Listing report ran at the district level with a summary page at the end that would total the error counts by school.
This allowed district staff to require specific schools to attend a district-hosted "cleanup day" at the computer lab.
The summary page was gone after Aeries CS moved to Aeries Web. We would like to have it back to aid in monitoring the error cleanup process at schools from a district level.Bonus asks/points:
-Have the report send an email when it is complete

Automatically disable/close window for PDC after rollover has occurred. Once the rollover has taken place, parent data confirmation should only be done in the new year database.

Immunization show legal name AND GENDER
I can print Legal name using Print Student Immunization Cards Report Options, however it prints the preferred Gender and not the LEGAL Gender. Can we have it the option to Print Legal Name automatically include Legal Gender as well?

Mass Change or Add Crs Requests page: add "skip this student" checkbox
On the Mass Change or Add Crs Requests page, add a checkbox by the students' names. If checked, the mass add should skip the student. This would provide an easy way to mass add the most common course requests, while skipping the exceptions.

Add Stu ID to page 2 on elementary 2 column report card
If the Stu ID is in the same place on page 2 as page one, we can use ParentSquare Secure Documents to send the elementary report cards 2 column style.

Parents should be able to see content on Enrollment History page in the Parent Portal
When parents have the permission to read the Enrollment History page, they should be able to see the content but currently, they can only see that there is an Enrollment History page but nothing shows up on that page!

School of Choice Requests - Current Grade Level
Student's current grade level does not show on the School of Choice Request page. Please enhance School of Choice requests to include a student's current grade level.

Endorsements/Add-On Grad Req widget: if student is Not on Track, display the Details popup anyways
On the Profile and Grad Status pages, the Endorsements page contains widget elements for each Endorsement. If a student is On Track, the widget displays their credits vs. credits needed for the endorsements. When the credits radio is clicked, a popup displays helpful course credit details. When the student is Not on Track, even if they have some credits toward the Endorsements, they don't see the credits radio or the popup. Without the popup showing the details, customers often click Override, instead of investigating why the student is Not on Track.

Personal Graduation Plan: add as report for Texas districts
Add a Personal Graduation Plan report for Texas students. Potentially the content would come from a filled-in four year Academic Plan that fulfills the student's graduation requirements, but state requirements should be evaluated to make sure it is as complete as is possible. An example is attached, but I did not evaluate it against the requirements.

Contacts -
Email addresses with "+" before @ sign are valid addresses (RFC 5233 Subaddressing).

Autogenerate email for EL staff when new TBD or EL student enrolls
Our EL staff would find it very helpful to receive an automated email each time a new TBD student or EL student enrolls in one of our schools.

Create a Classroom Accommodation page for 504s - IEP - EL - Health plan
It would be nice to have one page that all classroom accommodations were listed for students not a separate one for 504's and then nothing for classroom accommodations for IEPs, English Language Learners, or students with health plans. That way if on the attendance sheet there was a 504/IEP/EL student the teachers would only need to go to one page to see the any class accommodations.
It would be even better if this linked to a popup with the accommodations for a student on the attendance page. This would allow teachers to not have to leave the attendance page to…

Communicate with Course Requests
It would be nice to have the academic plan communicate with course request changes. We used academic plans in the class with students and students rely on it but now that we are in course requests the is a mix-up. Students still have access to academic plans when they are not longer accurate.

Data Audit Informational messages
Student Data Audit - For Program fields that are not state reporting highlighted fields, display them on the audit report as informational instead of errors.

Update the report to include all Students who owe money, rather than just those who have a Payment Schedule setup.

Demographics - Update error message to swap "EVEN" and "ODD" in Streets Table Validation process
When I click on an odd address range in the Streets Table Validation process, but the address is even, the error message reads "Please Select an ODD Street Segment!". It should read "Please Select an EVEN Street Segment!" and vice versa.

Allow parents to change their answer to Foster Survey in Data confirmation
Parents are unable to change their response to the Foster Survey question in Data Confirmation once "Yes my student is in Foster Care" is selected. Please allow parents to change their response in Data Confirmation.
