Dynamic Student Group based on MST or CRS table
Allow a course number (or section or subject) to be used as defining criteria for a dynamic Student Group. For instance, all of our extracurricular activities are also courses (sports, drill team, dance, art, band, etc.). And we have different people managing each of those groups. From what I can understand from the documentation, student groups can only be created from info on the STU table. And we don't have enough real estate on the STU table for students that are in multiple groups. Text Formatting in Suspension Letters
Add Formatting in Suspension Letters. I want to be able to bold and underline text. Add a function where we can pull scheduling data, referred by data field to be included in letter.

Add room numbers to flex attendance page along with class and teacher data.
It would help our attendance office staff to see the room number as well as the teacher name and class on the attendance page in flex scheduling.

Bulk assign multiple students to SMS sections
Add a feature to the SMS that allows staff to select a course section and then bulk assign multiple students by ID number via:
-Manual entry
-CSV Upload
-Filtered selection (by grade, team, advisor group, etc.)This should have the ability to lock course requests automatically upon adding.
The system should flag schedule conflicts in real-time before confirming the batch addition.
This would save time and be ideal for electives, support classes, or other grouped placements.

Add more information on the Grade Page
Add the course section #, and course scheduled status (active/inactive/dropped). Currently, to get this information we have to look at 3 different screens

Classroom Attendance Roster (Adding Student Groups)
Would be great to edit/customize the ability to select the fields that show up on Teacher Rosters to highlight and view certain groups so we can ensure that Teachers are fully aware of student groups i.e. Foster, Homeless, SPED etc..

Add Next Re-evaluation date to 504 Plan page
Please add the following in order to remain in compliance with CDE and Office of Civil Rights. On the 504 Plan page, we need to have a field added between "Next Review Date" and "Meeting Date" that reads: Next Re-evaluation Date (insert calendar). This will allow sites to hold their annual reviews while also keeping track of their 3 year cycles of reevaluations that are required.

Allow a user to choose to stop receiving a separate confirmation message in a current session to approve pending student documents
Is there a way a user can choose to stop receiving a separate conrfirmation screen when approving pending student documents. If for some reason a document was approved, you can delete it. Don't need that second question and it is time consuming when you have 2000 documents to get through.

Repeat Scores in Transcript TTP Logic
When Transcript TTP (Things To Print) is setup to show "best score" with repeats of the same scores, it will default to show the most recent entry of that score. This may not be the desired score to use, please allow for TTP to look at other factors to determine which of a repeat score (or allow the user to select a specific score) to show on the Transcript.

Update to Online Enrollment Street Address Entry Behavior
When a parent enters a street address that is not found in the street table and clicks "Next," the system currently displays a list of suggested addresses with the first one automatically selected. This behavior may lead to incorrect address submissions, especially if the parent proceeds without realizing the selection.
Requested Changes:
- Do not pre-select any suggested addresses when the list is displayed.
- Add a radio button option labeled "None of the addresses above apply" to allow parents to explicitly indicate that none of the suggestions are correct.

Immunization Exemption and Vaccination Date Data Audit
Create an audit to analyze student immunization information where vaccine dose dates and exemption dates are both present to help audit if an exemption date was not removed or if vaccination doses exist when an exemption date also exists. This would also help in scenarios where a student has the same date populated for multiple doses of the same vaccine.

Student Suffix
In the Suffix field, the drop-down shows JR and SR. We would like them to show Jr. and Sr. instead. We add these to our diplomas and programs each year. We use find and replace each year to fix them.

Auto populate selected Test Settings Accommodations to 504 accommodations
Requesting that Test Settings be auto-populated into the 504 accommodations sections if both exist for the student. This will support accurate reporting and reduce manual entry.

Dual Language report card types for progress and report card
The new progress report feature works great for non DLI schools. We need a way to have a separate progress report and report card for DLI schools that works with the new progress feature.
