Add Recipient Drop-Down for Referral to Interventions Submission
Description:
When teachers submit a referral using the Referral to Interventions table, there is currently no way to direct the referral to a specific individual.It would be helpful to add a drop-down menu that allows teachers to select a recipient when submitting a referral. The drop-down could be populated from the Intervention Referral Settings field in School Options, ensuring schools can control and standardize who receives these referrals.
Benefit:
Improves clarity and routing of intervention referralsReduces manual follow-up and misdirected referrals
Aligns teacher submissions with school-defined intervention workflows

Add Options to the Auto/Mass Parent portal Creation screen
Please add configurable options that allow districts to define the criteria used when auto-creating or mass-creating Parent Portal accounts.
In addition to the current hard-coded requirements:
- CON.EM populated with email address, and
- CON.AP is set to Y,Please include the ability to use additional fields as criteria:
- CON.CD (Contact Type) – specifically codes P1 and P2 for parent/guardian
- CON.LW (Lives With)These additional filters would allow districts to properly identify actual parents/guardians who should receive an automatically created Parent Portal account.

Inactivate Service Learning Organizations
Enhance the Service Learning Organization page to have the ability to inactivate an existing organization so inactive organizations are no longer present but may be re-activated if needed and are still visible in historical logs/reports.

Support HomeRoomTeacherNumber API Endpoint for Schools Using StaffIDBasedCounselor Option
The HomeRoomTeacherNumber endpoint currently pulls from the STU.CU field. For schools using the StaffIDBasedCounselor option, this field is replaced by STU.CNS, causing the endpoint to return 0. Enhance the endpoint logic to support STU.CNS when this option is enabled, ensuring compatibility across scheduling configurations.

Gradebook "i" Info icon
Correct the info icon in Teacher Gradebook on Top right corner of the page. Currently clicking the "i" links to teacher.aeries.com, which is the Teacher Resource Center but results in a This site can't be reached message

Improve Error Messaging for Data Entry Issues
The current error page does not provide enough detail to help end users resolve common data entry mistakes (e.g., missing required fields in custom tables). As a result, users cannot easily identify or fix the issue.
Request:
Short term: Display the actual error message on the error page to guide users in correcting the issue.
Long term: Add support for field validation and default values in custom tables to prevent these errors.1 vote -
Skip blank report cards (SBG)
When printing SBG Report Cards, we'd like to have a check box or something so that any student that has no marks on their SBG report card, doesn't get printed. We send these out via ParentSquare but always have to go through the PDF and remove any student with a blank report card (maybe they're new, etc.) before sending.

Data Validation doesn't honor "ORDER BY" in SQL script
Data Validation doesn't honor "ORDER BY" in SQL script. When creating a new custom Data Validation, ORDER BY is ignored in the SQL. You can still click on the headers in "Results" to sort the way you'd like, but it would be more helpful for it to honor the "ORDER BY" command from the SQL to begin with.

Testing Exclusions Page
Campus SIS users would like to request a modification:
When entering Testing Exclusions in Aeries, it would be helpful if the "Add" button were positioned at the top of the page or remained at the bottom.
Currently, when you click "Add" at the bottom, it automatically scrolls back to the top, requiring users to scroll back down to continue working.

Discipline Distribution Report – Prevent Duplicate Counts for Concurrently Enrolled Students
The report currently counts a student’s ADS record multiple times if they have more than one STU record due to concurrent enrollment. Joining ADS to STU only on ID inflates totals. Adding STU.SC = ADS.SCL resolves the issue by ensuring each incident is counted only once per school.

Add Terms to GRADES Page
Please add terms to the "GRADES" page similar to how they appear in "CLASSES". It is difficult to tell which courses belong to which term in "GRADES" when the course numbers and teachers are the same.

Sort Order for Absence Table
Allow Absence Code Table to be sorted by Absence Type instead of alphabetically. My old SIS allowed for numerical sorting of these tables and it was awesome.

Saturday School Makeup Summary/Visibility
As part of Attendance Recovery (AR) implementation, please also have Saturday School Make up codes be visible with number of day of completed. This will help staff decide which attendance absence to utilize. It's also important to have the value (field) be queriable. Thank you.

SSID Import - Include list of SSIDs for students who already had different SSIDs

Student Data Printout – Enable Report at District Level
At the district level, the Student Data Printout report is not available. Please add this report to the district level so staff at district level (departments) can run keep queries and pull selected students across multiple schools without switching between individual school databases.

Add Filter for Schools on pages with Schools Dropdown
Add a filter to pages listing Schools such as the Security-Permissions, School Access and other similar pages. This is especially important to larger Districts.

Add AP fields to ADA Summary Report
We would like to add a report option to include the AP1 and AP2 fields when running the Average Daily Attendance (ADA) Summary report. We use these fields to keep track of our students that are in and out of district and it would be very helpful to have this information on this report. We are currently using a roundabout method to figure out ADA for our in and out of district students by utilizing the monthly attendance reports that thankfully do include those fields.
