When a user drills down on a dashboard, the Students/Schools/Grade Levels/Item Filters all blend into the white background. Consider either color coding the tabs or add a colored outline to give some definition to their availability.

For the he Attendance dashboard and Discipline dashboards (the ones not found in Aeries Analytics). He would like to be able to add more filter options to these dashboards? Maybe include grade level and enrollment by student program (SP and/or AttPrg1,AttPrg2).

In Aeries, the Enrollment History screen does not show who made a change. This is a suggestion to add additional information on the Enrollment History screen instead of having to rely on analyzing the LOG table in the backend.

When a grade is changed, users are given the opportunity to update the transcript (grade history). When a grade is changed in a past year, it would be useful if users were given the opportunity to both update the report card history (and have that roll forward to the new year) and the new year's transcript data, too.

When students have restricted portal accounts, the parents are unable to complete the Contacts section of PDC. The students then remain on the Data Confirmation Status report as incomplete, even though the parent has completed everything they are able to in PDC. We would like the office to be able to mark the student as "Complete" that way they stop showing up on the report and we don't have to worry about the family getting multiple calls from people following up with them.

The Attendance Works extract is not flagging special ed students as IEP = YES. All students are extracting as NO in the AWSTU file.

Allow a time ranges for Gradebook Alerts, in addition to the delay.

We would like parents/students to be alerted of Grade changes after school hours, this way it does not distract them from their current class, during the academic day.

We would like the alert options to have:
-- Delay 1 hour ( so teachers can complete grading )
-- Only alert during 5pm - 10pm & 5 am and 7am
-- Not alert during 10pm - 7am ( to allow for generally decent sleep schedule ).
-- Allow alerting on Saturday and Sunday during the day.

Please add the ability to pull the student course schedule directly from the API. I would like to be able to get periods, class titles, and and teacher names.

Can we add options to hide fields requested for emergency contacts? For example, we don’t want addresses for our contacts.

For historical information such as CNF and ADS, it would be nice to prevent changing records that were originally created in a prior year while logged into the current year. So in 2020, although I can scroll down and see CNF or ADS entries from 2019, 2018, etc., I would not be able to modify or delete them (based on date).

Is it possible for you to add the student grade to populate automatically when we add a new record under Activities and Awards?

Would like the Academic Marks tab in the Grade Reporting Codes and Descriptions page have an option to "Inactivate" Academic Marks.
