Print Weekly Attendance Report by Class - the "Include Inactive Students?" box should be checked by default or be remembered when the report is ran again.

Scheduling - Add a Waitlist Report
Our counselors would like to see a report of all the sections that have waitlists and who is on them. We used to do this with a google sheet that they all shared.. I have a query now - but a report would be very helpful.

Show the Permissions to Access a Report on the Report Screen
It would be great to know right away what permissions to assign a user to be able to print a report instead of having to go search the knowledgebase every time someone needs access to a new report. If you could possibly add a box to the bottom of each report page that shows the security permissions needed, it would be super helpful.

Reports:Staff ID Cards: Please change this so that it includes ALL staff, not just teachers.
When I print ID cards from the Reports: Staff ID Cards option, it prints from the teacher page and does not include all staff. When I try to print out a single staff ID Card from the staff page, it does not print correctly and cuts off the left side of the card.

Work Permit Visits page - Have a link to the Employers page from the Visits page.
The Employer information details is stored in the Employers page. It would be nice to be able to click on the Employer from the Visits page and take you to the Employer details.

Census day report-include option to count NSLP as of report date
Since we can included any FRE eligible student up through December and January this year in our counts, it would be nice to have the ability to include students who are eligible after census day in the CBEDS report. It could be an option much like the one available for the EL count.

Staff - User Account Read Access
Currently only an Administrator Account is able to view User Account basic information from the Staff table. It would be helpful if we could assign Read permissions to this information. This would allow sites to know who has active accounts without any details to those account permissions.

For Portal automation, allow the ability to resend portal creation email for the parents/students who have not logged into their portal.

Online Enrollment - Customize Authorizations by School
In Online Enrollment, there should be an option to set authorization questions to only be active for some schools. For example, we only want our high schools to have a 1:1 Chromebook authorization question.

Hide Teacher Names While Showing Course Requests
Please give us the option to hide teachers while showing course requests on the parent and student portals. The teachers change frequently while we are building the master schedule so we would like to show course requests without the teacher names.

Schedule All Students Options for Ethnicity, Gender, and Class Size
We would like to build ethnic balancing. Besides class size, and gender, we would like to have ethnic balancing based on demographic data. This would be an option along with the other two (class size and gender) in which a school could select which options were enabled and in what priority to use them.

Online Enrollment - Upload Confirmation Upon Completion
We would like the parents to be able to upload their signed Data Confirmation form, but if they click "finish and submit" there is no option for them to go back and upload. If they log back in they are only able to view the final Data Confirmation form. Is there any way to keep the review tabs at the top available and then add a "log out" button at the end next to "finish and submit"? It could then make it possible for parents to go back and upload before logging out. Thanks!

Financials - Option to Remove Charge
When an asset is returned, it needs to give the option of taking the asset charge out of Financials like it currently does in fees.

Send Emails - Does not send duplicate email for siblings with the same contact email.
The Send Emails form does not allow sending emails to the same email address for siblings. When both students are selected, only 1 email is sent.

Update Code Table Show All Values and Descriptions
When a staff people go into the Update Code Table screen they only see what was added by the district and a list of the existing codes in use on the right column (without any descriptions).
It would be better to display all code values on the screen and those that are hard-coded have a lock icon, are dimmed, or something showing they cannot be edited.
If that is enabled, allow a filter to hide those hard coded codes as an option displaying only the district added codes.

Grade Report Mark Analysis Report Options to sort by ethnicity, EL status, Special ed status, and gender
It would be helpful if the Grade Report Mark Analysis had additional options to sort by ethnicity, EL status, SPED, or gender rather than just course or teacher.
