Single Step Option to Hide Class and Teacher Information
Please create a single step option to hide Class, Class Scheduling, Gradebook, and Teacher information from the Parent and Student Portals, Mobile Portal, and from Aeries Communications. Including a date range when this restriction is in effect would be preferable.

MST Board- Allow an option to skip inactive sections
Add an option to Skip Inactive classes on the MST Board. We have the Skip TA button, it would be great to add Skip Inactive Classes, we don't always delete inactive sections right away and then the teachers are calling about the inactive ones.

Classes - Add the ability for Aeries to recognize a future change in scheduling
Currently, Aeries is programmed to treat all changes as immediate changes, regardless of an effective date. This does not work with how school staff efficiently process known changes. When a future schedule change is added to Aeries, the response from Aeries is to drop students from classes they are still in, and this wreaks havoc on attendance, grades, and reporting. We were told that Aeries is working as designed when it does this. If that is true, I respectfully request that you redesign this function. Please add Actual Courses for Placeholder Courses i.e. (Edgenuity, APex or Indepdendent Study) for non Alternative Ed. Scheduling
Would like to see a solution for High Schools who offer online courses (i.e. Edgenuity, APEX) and or use placeholder courses. Currently, High Schools are unable to know the exact course that students are taking via Edgenuity program, which makes it highly problematic to schedule, figure out their graduation status, keep tabs on progress via grading, transcribing.
In looking at current Aeries features there are 2 current functions that get close to providing a solution. The first one is Alternative Ed. Scheduling, however I was told that this feature would not work in a regular comprehensive, as it would throw…

Add Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours in Scheduling
The Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours fields have to be manually entered. For each student and each course. For a district that has over 500 students taking college courses, some of them more than one college course, putting the data in manually for each course is not feasible. If those fields were in the SEC or CRS tables it would alleviate many hours (days, even) of manual entry.

Change Classes Trash Can button to a Drop button when making Schedule changes
The trash can button freaks a lot of end users out because they think they are permanently deleting the students class from Aeries. We have to reassure a lot of users that the information is still stored in Course Attendance and that button only "deletes" the class from the Classes page. It would be a lot more clear if the Trash Can was replaced with either a Drop link or a Drop button. Main goal is to change it to Drop rather than Delete. I believe this is how it was in the old classes?

Locator Card - Add option to print 1 per page
For the student schedule, locator cards report, have an option to print a single student on a page, so the bottom half of the locator cards can be blank so other information can be included, such as a map of the campus. Currently this can be done with workarounds such as exporting to PDF and manipulating the margins before printing, but a built-in solution would be nice. Another workaround is currently to use the Student Class Schedule report which already prints one student per page.

Display Primary teacher and a Co-teacher under Classes Schedule
For Flex Scheduling they would like it to display both teacher's names under Classes Schedule. The Primary teacher and the Co-teacher. If there's a way to indicate in the Classes table (for all Portals) to show the Primary teacher and non-primary teacher.

Enhance capabilities for Teacher #2 and Teacher #3
We would like the functionality for MST.TN2 and MST.TN3 to be enhanced. Currently, if you add a teacher to MST.TN2, this teacher will have access to mostly everything (ATT and GBK) but certain things are not accessible to that teacher (specifically SBG). If you add a teacher to MST.TN3 barely any capability is added to that teacher. We would like the role field (MST.SR2 and MST.SR3) to be incorporated and if the MST.TN2/MST.TN3 are populated with a teacher and the role is assigned as "teacher" then that teacher should have the same capabilities as the primary teacher.

Year-Round Scheduling Exclusions
Make scheduling exclusions available year-round, not just when the scheduling tables are active. It would be very helpful to be able to put in the exclusion during the year whenever issues arise so that we don't have to remember all of them/keep track of them somewhere else once we start scheduling.

Teacher Page - Display Co-Teachers to MST and SMS Tabs
When a teacher is co-teaching a section, there is nothing on the MST tab on the teacher screen to indicate that. Unless you know the teacher is co-teaching a section, there is no way to know the teacher is teaching, or has any sections assigned to them. There should be an indicator.

Master Schedule- Add a Next and Previous button for quicker navigation
Can we get a Next and Previous buttons added to the Master Schedule screen?
There are times when it's necessary to review Sections & being able to click through them would be much easier than having to print the Class Load Analysis & enter each section number individually.

Scheduling Letter Text Editor
The editor allows only one letter to be saved. Trying to add an additional letter triggers the 'Letter ID must start with "Schedule"' error message, even if it does meet that criterion. For example, Schedule Spanish, Schedule 20-21.

Classes / Course Requests - Add Students with Disabilities/504/IEP Indicator
My District would love to see an indicator, similar to what is seen on Assertive Discipline, for SWD/504/IEP on the Scheduling, Classes and Course Request pages. It might be beneficial for other pages as well.

SMS Board Displaying Co-Teacher Classes
SMS Board does not show sections for both co-teachers. The SMS board only shows the section under the primary teacher. When looking at the SMS board it looks like the co-teacher has gaps in their schedule. We would like to suggest to add a button under the display tab to show co-teacher sections.

Similar to the ABS table, add color coding feature so that multiple calendars and mulitple years can easily be identified.

Allow printing locator cards for one student
Allow printing the student locator card report for a single student from the Classes page. This is necessary so it can include a barcode. As an alternate, add the barcode to the student schedule quick print which is currently available.

Alternative Ed. Scheduling Report and Query
Alternative Ed. Scheduling - Need a report or Query that will print the placeholder course name (MST.CN) as the title but also list the course information that was updated on the student's schedule (SEC.CN).

Scheduling Master Schedule and Master Schedule reports: add Class Link column
Add the Class Link (SMS.CL/MST.CL) to these reports, next to the other Complex Scheduling tags (Sch Grp, Crs Grp, TM Nm, Sm Grp).
