Post/Put Fees or Payments information in Financials via API

Allow Transcripts to be printed by teacher and sorted by period
Please add an option to Print transcripts by Teacher and sorted by period in the student transcripts report. This is so we can print all students in all periods (P. 1-6 in order) for one teacher (not all teachers).

Data Confirmation - Change Details Email
When the parent makes a change and the email is sent we would like to see a digest of all the changes for the student in one email. Maybe the email could be sent after the parent clicks the Final confirmation that way all the changes would be in one email.

Portal Document Uploads - apply to only specific grades
Portal Documents Request - have the ability to apply this feature similar to the portal documents - With School/Grades

Legal Name - District Student Lookup
Please add an option to search District student Lookup for students and also print the student's legal name on transcripts that are printed from the District Student Lookup page.

Stop deleting unenrolled students from StudentEducationOrganization Ed-Fi endpoint
When a student unenrolls from a district, Aeries deletes the StudentEducationOrganization from the Ed-Fi ODS. This means that the school district loses all the demographic data associated with unenrolled students. This record can be modified but should never be deleted.

Students with Repeated Courses report - The report is currently still looking at the TCH table. For Flex needs to look at Staff. Add support for Staff ID-Based Counselor to this report.

Ed-Fi - Please include SQL in Ed-Fi mapping documentation
The Aeries Ed-Fi version 2x documentation included in the SQL which helped with diagnosing error messages and understanding the source of data being transmitted from Aeries to the ODS. The Aeries Ed-Fi version 3x documentation does not included in the SQL. Please add this information to the 3.x documentation

Add Lunch Count option to Class Roster
It would be great if school sites could print the class roster for substitute teachers with lunch count option selected and the report has a small box to enter the number of lunches for that day.
Mostly a day substitute does not have access to Aeries. This would be helpful for our Cafeteria staff.3 votes -
Financials - Different platform for Lower % Fees
Provide a different platform than LT at 5% transaction fee. Possibly link Fees & Fines that allows to push and collect through Parentsquare Stripe at a Transaction cost of 2.9% + .30

Grade Threshold Alerts Gradebook Title
When Aeries sends out the threshold alerts to parents, it pulls the period from what the teacher enters during gradebook setup, it makes more sense that it should reference the master schedule class title. We have parents complaining that they can't tell what class is sending it out if the teacher didn't set it up normally. The Flex Period might not describe what class this is for, so it makes more sense to use the Gradebook or MST course title.

Staff Account
Enhance to ensure when adding a Staff account, if an incognito window or secondary browser window is open that only one UGN account gets created and not a duplicate of same information.

Parent/Student Portal Notification Preference wording
When Weekly Progress email is enabled, the Student Portal displays a Parent Notification Preference in account settings menu. Rename to be more generic since the Notification Preferences applies to both Parent and Student Portal.

Create a Student Study Team Form Similar to the 504 Plan Form
It would be great if you could create an SST form similar to the 504 Plan form. It is easier than all the steps required for intervention and would eliminate the need for a 3rd party option.

Allow Sorting on Course Attendance
The course attendance page can get long. It would be helpful to have a sort button at the top of each column to sort by period, course, teacher, etc. when needing to view all classes.

SKIP Students in a Group
Currently, users are able to KEEP students in a Student Group by selecting the "Use this group" button. Our users would also like to have the ability to SKIP students in a group.

Course History Institution Table-Add Email Field
I would like to request an email field be added to the course history institution table (CHI) that would be tied to print on the records request forms within the records request manager table.

Alert Feature for Specific Login
Allow district sto assign an alert when a specific user logs into the DB. We will be creating a login for our police department, with limited access, to use so that they can quickly contact families in the event of an emergency. Districts can create a login form MISC or various agencies that have authorized access to students. We would like to be have a feature that alerts our Aeries admin when an agency representative has accessed the DB.
