Parent Document Upload Requests - Save the requests as a packet to allow for multiple and reusable requests
We will be requesting parents upload proof of residency documents each year. It would be great if we could save the request and document types as a packet or group so we don't have to recreate the request each year, just adjust the opening and closing dates. Also that would allow for the uploading of other documents during the year like field trip permissions.

Golden State Seal & State Seal of Biliteracy
Would like the ability to Export the students along with their qualifying data (same as on the report) to Excel. This will make it easier for staff to review and add additional information, missing students, or remove students. We use the final Excel file to add the ACT records after each school has also been reviewed by the district office. We do not use the form to mass add the records, and cannot use it for the biliteracy as we have a seperate record for each students language.

Allow districts to customize the display of the Most Recent Test Results widget on the Profile page to display additional tests.

UC/CSU Change for area D science subject requirement
UCOP has changed the 'D' requirement from Laboratory Science to just Science. They would like us to update Aeries with this change on the College Entrance Req's page and on the Courses page, California Specific Fields tab.

Medications - Ability to assign "Required Alerts" for specific meds
Please add a feature allowing for an "alert" message to appear for specified medications.
For example:
Medication Required alertsfor "Diastat"............................"Notify School Nurse"
for "Chemotherapy"................"Drug Name"
for "Tube Feeding Formula"..."Formula name/brand"
for "Other"..............................a mandatory box appears that is required to be filled out! (and when it lists on the active med page, it displays "other - xxxxxxxxxx" description)2 votes -
Aeries API - make Student SMS field available (STU.MPH)
The SMS field for Students (STU.MPH) is available through the OneRoster extract that you create for me, but it isn't mapped in the OneRoster files through the API. It would be great if this could also be mapped in the API One Roster files.

District-Level Printing of Instructional Minutes Certification Log
District with many schools would like the option to print the Missing Instructional Minutes Certification Log at the district level, and select multiple schools to print. It would also be nice to be able to select schools by type: Elem, Secondary, etc.

Add a warning to the Student Documents when overwriting a document.

Gradebook Summary - Add Vertical lines to separate the columns.
While every other row is grey on reports, there is no separation of columns. This makes it difficult to pinpoint certain data points. Please add vertical lines to separate columns.

Phone numbers: Remove all references to "home", "mobile", or "cellular" phone number. These words are not needed anymore.

Transcript Indicator Visible In Other Tables
The Transcript Indicator is a great addition to identifying aspects of courses. It would be great to have the option to turn this feature on in other tables such as Classes, CAR, Master Schedule, Grades and Teacher Attendance Portal. An example is Dual Enrollment courses. They may have the same Course Title for a school but their elements are different. Having the Transcript Indicator visible in other tables would make it easier for office staff and teachers to know the difference in courses without having to change their specific course titles. Behavioral Emergency - Add Alert Message
It would be nice to have a popup reminder or message in red when deleting saying other records attached to the incident. We have had cases where staff enter for the wrong student, go back and delete, but the BER was not deleted. As much as we tell them, they are very busy and sometimes the details are overwhelming.

Attendance Letters - Ability to Push One Letter to Other Schools
In addition to pushing the whole LET table from one site to another, it would be nice to have the ability to select one or multiple Attendance letters to push, without overwriting the whole table at the other site.
