AeriesCon feedback - Would like to see reports have counts total on last page of reports. Also would like to see total counts on Class Roster.

Rename Sem to Term in Master Schedule
Master Schedule Sem should be renamed to Term as Sem is misleading as it implies Semester and not Terms such as Quarters or Year.

Ed-Fi Include Staff State ID STF.SID as StaffUniqueID
Please include the teachers SEID (State ID) in the Staff entity as the StaffUniqueID. The Aeries Staff ID is exported as the main staff ID for Ed-fi. This ID doesn't match up with the staff ID in any of our other systems, such as our HR system, but the SEID is consistent across all systems. It would also be helpful for county implementations to be able to track staff movement across all the districts.

Classes - Add the ability for Aeries to recognize a future change in scheduling
Currently, Aeries is programmed to treat all changes as immediate changes, regardless of an effective date. This does not work with how school staff efficiently process known changes. When a future schedule change is added to Aeries, the response from Aeries is to drop students from classes they are still in, and this wreaks havoc on attendance, grades, and reporting. We were told that Aeries is working as designed when it does this. If that is true, I respectfully request that you redesign this function. Include Students with Family Key = 0 in Sibling Lookup Tool
The Sibling Lookup Tool currently excludes students whose Family Key (STU.FK) is set to 0. As a result, users may miss potential sibling matches simply because these students are not returned in the search results.
Including all students, even those with a Family Key of zero, would allow users to:
- Identify missing or incorrect Family Keys and correct them, and
- Match students to their appropriate siblings at the same time.This idea would improve data accuracy and reduce the need for separate cleanup processes.

District Attendance Letters - Letter Option Print All Prior Letter Dates
When running District Attendance Letters for the first time in the school year, users may encounter a "No Letters Found" error if the "Include Prior Dates" option is selected. This occurs because no prior letters exist yet for the current year.
To improve user experience and reduce confusion, please consider enhancing the message associated with this option to:
Inform users that no prior dates are available when running letters for the first time.
Recommend that users uncheck the option to proceed successfully.

Print Scheduling Results Letter Report Options
We would love to use the scheduling reports letter to send to our parents and students using the secure documents option in Parent Square. However, STU.ID needs to be added to the form letter so the function can be utilized. It would be great to have the option to add the id number to the form so Parent Square can scan and distribute the PDF en mass.

Please freeze header row on Define Fields to Sync/Lock page
Please freeze from the header row (which includes Field Name, Description, Sync Changes to Field, and Lock Fields in Pre-Enrolled Records) to the top of the Define Fields to Sync/Lock page so that as you scroll down, you can easily click Save instead of having to scroll to the top to Save. And see which column you are syncing or locking.

CONP Relation Description
It would be great if we could run CONP.RL1? and have it display the description (mother, father, etc.). This is needed and I have to find and replace in my Excel file because their is no description.

Removal of "NO LONGER IN USE" State Course Codes
There are still "NO LONGER IN USE" State Course Codes floating around in the system. I know not to use them but I think it would be helpful to remove them completely so they are not even an option.

Timeout - Does not Display when Editing or in Change mode.
Timeout does not display while users are in Edit/ Change mode or Analytics. For instance, Teachers will be making changes to Grades screen and they are logged out without notification. Registrars will be in Transcripts adding records but the information input will not be saved. Similarly, when in Analytics no notification has been received of a timeout.

Define Grade Student Grade Level override option
When multiple Aeries schools share a CDS code, (for example a K-8 school split to have grades K-5 and 6-8 separated into different Aeries schools) I want to have an override option on the Define Grade Student Grade Level screen that enables an admin to edit which "Allow Grade" checkboxes are selected. To avoid upload errors to Ed-Fi, the Hi/Lo grades need to be the same for all "Aeries schools" that share a CDS code. Automatic inactivate user accounts and staff accounts based on employment end date
Hello,
When the end of the year comes around each year we have to manually end inactivate
all staff member accounts who are exiting. We enter end dates and then have to manually one by one inactivate user accounts. It would be great if their was a process that could be run to automatically do this or a process that would do this by end or exit date.4 votes -
Please make the STU.IBC field visible and allow the field to be editable
An import for International Baccalaureate (IB) tests was added to Aeries. This included a new field of STU.IBC. Please make the STU.IBC field visible, include a description of the 3 values, and allow the field to be editable with either hard-coded drop down values or automatically update the COD for STU.IBC with the 3 values if they don't already exist.

Service Learning: Add more comment options
Allow a space for positive comments / feedback that students can view through their portal. Currently, service learning approvers are only able to give a comment when an entry is denied.

Attendance by photo
Put a line between students on attendance by photo, not a line over A/T. Visually it's very messy and causes errors.

Student Indicator Details - Retitle Qualifying Value to Indicator Value
The indicator details just shows the qualifying values for things like attendance percentages. The qualifying value is confusing to many. They want to see what the student's current value is. Even if they are in the same range, it will show if progress is getting better or worse.
NOTE from Aeries: The Qualifying Value is already the students indicator value at the time Analytics was run. We are planning on updating the title on the page along with updating our documentation to provide more clarity.

Folders in student documents
With the move to digital ****, it would be helpful to be able to create folders or have some other way of grouping student documents together.
