Weekly Attendance Verification through Aeries
Our school currently uses DocuSign to have the teachers verify their weekly attendance reports. It would be nice to be able to have the teachers verify and sign their weekly attendance through Aeries and have a record of their signed reports in one place rather than over different data systems. Ideally, there'd be a way to have a pop-up notification that opens when the teachers log into Aeries that reminds them to sign the report once its been generated by the Attendance Coordinator. Change how Aeries handles PDFs for ChromeOS compatibility
Aeries serves pdfs with the "Content-Disposition: attachment" header parameter instead of "Content-Disposition: inline".
Windows is able mitigate this at the OS level and open the pdf in a new browser tab anyway. ChromeOS doesn't let you override the behavior. This forces ChromeOS to download every PDF our office staff tries to open and view. In order to better allow our office staff on ChromeOS devices to assist with enrollment and PDC, we would ask that this small change be made. Thank you!

Online Enrollment matched records discrepancy highlighting broken in Dark Mode
When importing an online enrollment record that has been matched to and existing Aeries student record, the highlighting of fields with data discrepancies is not visible for most fields in Dark Mode. See attached images.

Course Attendance - Change Dates of Multiple Records at Once
It would be helpful if all records with the same start date or end date could be adjusted at one time. Enter the date to change, enter the new date, click Change.

Medical Pages - Field Automation & Validation Enhancements
In the Medical Log can we auto-populate the fields of Billing Code and Initials based on User Sign-in credentials?
If we cannot auto-populate, can we make it a "hard stop" so that the user cannot proceed with saving the record without entering the appropriate info in these fields?
Can we auto-populate the Start Date/End Date to be the date that the Medical Log Record was added?

GPA/Class Rank- Automatic Update
GPA and class rank reports should automatically update to ensure accuracy. Often, our district prints these reports without updating the GPAs and class ranks, which leads to discrepancies in the data. It would be much more convenient if they were updated automatically, eliminating any inconsistencies when reports are generated.

Mass Add for the Records Access Log
If possible, there should be a mass add function for the Records Access Log (RAL) in Aeries. Here in my school district, we have one major comprehensive high school for students. Most, if not all of our students go this high school. The process to enter in the information when we receive the student's cumulative folders can be a lengthy process, even for our elementary school sites when they have to mark it into their Aeries RAL. This would also benefit our elementary sites when first creating a cumulative folder for a student and then updating the RAL stating that…

Would like a report that will pull total number of hours per day for a specific date for a Secondary, Positive/Flex Positive Hourly Attendance Schools. This would help when filing out a J-13 waiver

Ability to change the attendance screen
Would like the ability to move the attendance codes to the right of the screen instead of below attendance so we can get a quick snapshot of the attendance codes. We have a certain number of some of the codes that are allowed, it would be great to be able to see that quicker than having to scroll down to see it. Will help to avoid going over the capped number of say illnesses that we have set.

Staff table
The Staff table search is defaulted to only show active records first then to check the box to include inactive records after which then would refresh the page again.
Could we default to include the inactive records and when checking the option to exclude inactive records, instead of "refreshing" the page, just hide the inactive records?3 votes
