In Residence Survey Add a Comment Box and End Date.
Add a comment box and end date option to the Residence Survey Audit. Currently, our parent liaisons will reach out to each parent/student listed in the Residence Survey Audit list to confirm Homeless/Residence status. A comment box would be beneficial to enter notes and staff initials. Even one comment box that will apply to all confirmed records.
Also adding an End date to be populated. Since a homeless student can keep their homeless status all year we populate the end date as the last day of school when a record is created.
Since we currently don't have these options the parent liaisons are confirming the Residence Survey record and then going into the PGM record to add notes, initials, and end date. It almost defeats the purpose of the Residence Survey purpose.
Note, having parent contact information on the Survey Audit is wonderful!!
