  1. Online Enrollment - Have different "Custom Text" and "Questions and Codes" for Current Year and Next Year

    It would be great to have different verbiage when families enroll for the current school year vs pre-enrolling for the next school year. Currently I have to list out what families who are pre-enrolling have to do vs families who are enrolling their students who are enrolling for the current school year.

    It would be great to have the ability to skip Authorizations for pre-enrolled students. Now it is all or none. The authorizations for pre-enrolled students are moot since they have to do data confirmation for the next school year.

    It gets confusing for my families especially the non-English…

  4. Online Enrollment - Finish translating to Spanish

    Finish translating to Spanish words that are displaying in English when logged in as Spanish. I updated to the newest version of Online Enrollment, and was hoping it would have resolved these translation issues. I believe at least one item did get fixed, but the rest still remain.

  5. Adjust Online Enrollment File Size Limitation

    When uploading documents in Online Enrollment, the file size limitation is 4 MB. Adding a customizable file size limit (up to a reasonable amount) would allow for larger files like pdf and certain scanned documents to be uploaded with more success.
    Additionally add a message to the page to alert if file size is too large.

  6. We need an infant grade level. Using -3 would be fine.

    We serve students from birth through 12th grade. It would be helpful to have infant as a grade-level below preschool.

  7. Add a way to distinguish pre-enrolled students for next school year

    We are thinking of a way to distinguish which pre-enroll students are for the current year and which are for the next school year. I know we can add a color border for all pre-enrolled but if we can do separate colors for the different years.

  8. Emulate Parent in Online Enrollment

    Our Enrollment Technicians would like the ability to emulate a parent in the Aeries Online Enrollment product so that they can see the errors parents are experiencing on their current steps to better assist them with the process.

  9. DocuSign Integration

    If Aeries and DocuSign had an integration (or, if Aeries developed it's own secure, digital signature capture), we would be able to go fully digital with all of our annual documentation.

    Aeries Online Enrollment now allows for document uploads, and Data Confirmation supports annual authorizations, but neither of these options solve for required digital signature captures in a secure and approved environment like DocuSign. I would love to support Aeries if they developed one internally, or move forward with supporting an approved 3rd party integration.

    The need for this is critical as our model for schooling is evolving to meet…

  10. Add "Approved Document Requests" to the Data Confirmation report

    Really, parent data confirmation is not complete for us until all documents are uploaded and approved. It would be nice to see that docs are either approved or pending in the Data Confirmation report.

  11. Online Enrollment - Send an Email When Parent Confirms

    When a parent is done entering information in the Online Enrollment process and confirms/submits their data, allow the option for an automated email to be sent to the parent so they have a confirmation of the transaction.

    We are doing all of our enrollment online and parents call non-stop to ask if we have theirs. It would be very helpful if the confirmation email was customizable so that we could tell them when they will hear from us.

  12. Add Print Option to Emergency Card to Include Insurance Info

    It would be helpful to include Insurance information as a Print option to the Emergency Card.

    Information such as Insurance Co, policy information, physician name & phone #, and hospital preference...may be all beneficial in the case of an emergency.

  13. Add more Filters for searching students -Student Import Page Online Enrollment

    We need more "search" options on the Student Import Page. If we had a field to type the EID enroll id field. EID = ?

    Also more "Limit to" options,
    If we could add the school number SC = ?
    We could narrow the registrations by school number.

  14. Online enrollment- Add paperclip or other identifying feature that marks an enrollment as having documents attached

    This would allow the people importing the records to know if all of the documents are attached rather than having to open every single record when it really isn't complete without the docs.

    When office staff are importing students from Online Enrollment it would be helpful if Aeries stopped them from saving the student record if required fields are not populated.

  16. Display reason for error in Online Enrollment document upload

    It would be nice if the reason the upload document failed in Online Enrollment displayed when hovering over the Exclamation Mark, similar to Student Backpack. One example of an error is when the file is too large.

  17. Online Enrollment - Resident Parent Screen

    Please remove the "Does this parent/guardian live with the student?" question and drop-down list from the Resident Parent screen. As this is the resident parent screen, CON records created from this screen should have a CD value of P1 or P2 and a LW value of Y.
