Online registration
Since there is the capability to have the online enrollment process answer the Authorization questions why can that not contribute to the Data Confirmation Status report. Is does not make sense to have a parent come in to the registration dept handling all the necessary questions and paperwork to only be told that they have to go home log into the portal and complete the data confirmation. In Online Enrollment on Parent Information page the Mailing Name field auto adds a & if there are two parent/guardians listed at same mailing address. Add option to not add the & automatically to this field.

Online registration system that has a "Help" button that: (a) sends an alert to a designated district employee who can reach out with paper or electronic copies of required forms, and (b) overrides the requirement for document upload so that parents can finish the registration process.

Verification email on Online Enrollment account registrations at beginning of process
When a parent creates an account in Online Enrollment (AIR), verifying the email would be super helpful, as it currently lets a parent create an email with any email, even if it doesn't exist. I understand this is not usually the intention, but a typo could occur when entering the email.

Online Enrollment - Print All Uploaded Documents
When printing applications from Aeries Online Enrollment, the attachments automatically print as well. This will eliminate having to go in individually to print each document the parent uploads.

Online Enrollment/Data Confirmation - Medical History - Certification Confirmation for No Medical History
Add a confirmation check box on the Medical History Page where the parent can click that states something like "I confirm/certify that my student does not have any medical conditions." Even better would be that they have to check this box or add a medical condition record before moving on to the next page.

Online Enrollment - Save a PDF copy of the Enrollment Confirmation report to student documents
When you view enrollments in Online Enrollment there is a Enrollment Confirmation report that can be viewed. This report takes the place of our enrollment forms when creating a **. It would simlify our process if a PDF of this report was automatically saved to Student Documents (just like the documents that parents upload) when the enrollment was imported into Aeries. Then when someone goes to create the ** they can print that report along with the other documents all at once.

Make Online Enrollment Queue Editable
It would be ideal if we could change items in the online enrollment queue such as academic year, grade, birthdate, etc. Parents make mistakes and there's no way to update the queue. We use this information in our enrollment projections and have to keep remembering when a record is displaying the wrong year or grade. It would also be good to be able to add a note next to the record (which is already another Aeries Idea).
