Send automatic email to Parents that Online Enrollment is Incomplete.
Email sent from Aeries to P/G email when an online enrollment has been set to Incomplete.
Currently staff are emailing or calling parents when their online enrollment is incomplete. We are talking hundreds of calls or emails at the moment. It would be great if Aeries would allow an automatic email generation for this. Thinking something like when a portal account has been created.
Just looking for a way to send out a generic email to slap them in the face to say 'do it right.....please'. ;)

We should have the option to add comments as to what is missing before marking an enrollment application Incomplete. Flagging as incomplete should generate an email to include the comments as to what is missing/needed. These comments should also be visible in the enrollment portal when the parent access the record. This would save so much time and would make the process more streamlined with enrollment updates accessible directly in the enrollment portal.
