Transcripts - Display student's legal and preferred name
With student identity at the forefront, student's are changing their names in Aeries, we move legal name to the LSI fields for legal name and gender, but on transcripts students have to choose either to have their preferred name listed (unofficial transcript) or legal name shown (official transcript). I am requesting the option to add preferred name to show up along with legal name - basically allow both names to be listed on the transcript instead of choosing one or the other.

Add Section and Staff ID to the Course History Transcripts page for Mass Add Records
We always use the "Mass Add Records" on the transcript screen, but now find we need the "Section" and "Staff ID" fields that are only available when you use "Add 1 Record" choice. Currently we have to go back into each line on the transcript to add the information to these fields. It is very time consuming.

Allow continuation schools to give students credits on a weekly basis then tally up all credits earned at semester for transcripts
Our Continuation school, like many others, award students course credit on a weekly basis to encourage attendance. We are currently tracking all of this on a spreadsheet but it would be so much better if we could utilize Aeries to somehow give the students their weekly credit and have it all total at Semester or Quarter.

College Articulation - Credit Hours Criteria Needed for Transcript TTP
When we add College Articulations(CCC) on transcripts as Things to Print (TTP), Aeries uses the following CCC fields as a criteria to enable printing:
CCC.RPT - Required Mark Points (1,2,3,4)
CCC.FGO - Required on Final Grade Only (y/n)
CCC.RCC - Required Credit Comp (e.g. 5.00)We would like an additional requirement criteria for Credit Hours used to enable printing. This would look for a minimum value in the HIS.CH (Credit Hours) field.

Create a report that contains GPA calculations per term
When you print a transcript, you can see each term (per year) contains a GPA calculation. Though on Aeries, there is no report that contains this kind of data, it is something we have to calculate on a spreadsheet. Would be helpful to have a report within Aeries can be adjusted and downloaded that contains GPA calculations based on the term you select from previous years, not just recent.

Prior Year Grade Report/Transcript Changes - Auto Update Future Year Transcripts and Report Card History
When a grade is changed, users are given the opportunity to update the transcript (grade history). When a grade is changed in a past year, it would be useful if users were given the opportunity to both update the report card history (and have that roll forward to the new year) and the new year's transcript data, too.

Legal Name - District Student Lookup
Please add an option to search District student Lookup for students and also print the student's legal name on transcripts that are printed from the District Student Lookup page.

Option to quick Delete a term in Transcript
Currently when posting credits in Transcript for students enrolling from another districts and a data entry error occurs you can only delete on line at time. I would be nice to delete an entire term/semester in one click for those time when you find "one' at time is too time consuming.

Allow Transcripts to be printed by teacher and sorted by period
Please add an option to Print transcripts by Teacher and sorted by period in the student transcripts report. This is so we can print all students in all periods (P. 1-6 in order) for one teacher (not all teachers).

UC/CSU Change for area D science subject requirement
UCOP has changed the 'D' requirement from Laboratory Science to just Science. They would like us to update Aeries with this change on the College Entrance Req's page and on the Courses page, California Specific Fields tab.

Please add the Add-On Graduation Requirements to the TTP so that it can be added to all transcripts and not just one column transcripts.

Transcripts - Edit all records in one term at the same time
Open a term and be able to edit all transcript marks, schools, etc at one time instead of manually opening each transcript record individually.

UC/CSU Eligibility Report- Grade Waiver "X" Not Calculating Correctly
It appears that in using the "X" grade on a transcript for validation purposes to meet A-G i.e. test out for world language where a student demonstrated proficiency of a world language by testing out. The UC/CSU eligibility report will not calculate this validation. It looks like the validation in the UC/CUS eligibility report is tied to credits earned. For instance, in the provided example (attachment) because credits are 0, it is still showing as student needing 20 credits of world langauge.
