Student name also listed on side of transcript
Our sites would like the ability to also print the student's name on the lower right side of the transcript so that when they file it, they can easily read the student's name. Currently, they are printing a label and attaching it to the transcript which is time consuming.

Roll transcript updates forward to future years
Because the earlier rollover happens in the middle of summer school, repeat tags that are added based on summer grades have to be entered in two databases, causing extra labor and a greater chance of data errors. This is a special case of another idea, but one that is looming on the horizon. Like to keep those counselors busy helping students instead of doing double data entry!

Move TTP to Top of Transcript
At the request of our Board Members to show the PUSD Pathway a student is graduating from on the Transcript, we are using the Transcript Definition, TTP, Demographics, STU.U7, to identify the PUSD Pathway a student is participating in. Because it shows up at the very bottom of the TTP box, and often gets lost in the long list of Test scores, we are requesting the ability to show some TTP options at the TOP of the Transcript, near the Comment area. Allow selection of grade levels above 12 to print from the Report Page of Student Transcripts.

Transcript Indicator Visible In Other Tables
The Transcript Indicator is a great addition to identifying aspects of courses. It would be great to have the option to turn this feature on in other tables such as Classes, CAR, Master Schedule, Grades and Teacher Attendance Portal. An example is Dual Enrollment courses. They may have the same Course Title for a school but their elements are different. Having the Transcript Indicator visible in other tables would make it easier for office staff and teachers to know the difference in courses without having to change their specific course titles. Transcript Credits by Category
In the view screen for transcript, showing total credits by category in the title bar would be very helpful. In the print version each term shows subtotals, the view display should also.

Store Total Community Service Hours from Multiple Activities
Need the ability to total community service hours a student has completed. We have 3 ACT.CD codes that can meet this requirement.
That or the ability to query this total from transcripts.
To query and export to excel, add a formula, filter out students that have not met the minimum, copy into Word to sort, etc is a very complicated process.
