    Our High School Teachers would like to be able to look in Grades, or Transcripts, of their Students and see the Teacher of record for that past course.

  4. Transcript - Add Override Weight button for Single Course History Record

    When students are transferring schools and have received honors weighting for a specific course at their prior school, it would be nice to have an override weight button on the transcript table under more. Registrar's could then use an existing non-weighted course code in their course table that matches subject area and validation rules, yet have the ability to tag that specific HIS record as H (Honors) under more on the transcript table in order to weight the GPA for that individual HIS record.

    The alternative would be to create multiple generic course codes in the CRS table that match…

    When viewing Work In Progress for Fall term - there is no distinction for the which courses are current and which courses are planned for the Spring term.

  8. To sort transcripts by advisement.

    When running the “print student transcript report options” I would like to be able to sort transcripts by Advisement. In the past, I could sort by the teacher and then period and choose the numerical period during which Advisement is held. However, I do not appear to have the option to choose the “TA” flex period.

    Since this report will not sort by the TA flex period, I am forced to run the report 83 times, once for each section of Advisement.

  9. Student name also listed on side of transcript

    Our sites would like the ability to also print the student's name on the lower right side of the transcript so that when they file it, they can easily read the student's name. Currently, they are printing a label and attaching it to the transcript which is time consuming.

  10. Roll transcript updates forward to future years

    Because the earlier rollover happens in the middle of summer school, repeat tags that are added based on summer grades have to be entered in two databases, causing extra labor and a greater chance of data errors. This is a special case of another idea, but one that is looming on the horizon. Like to keep those counselors busy helping students instead of doing double data entry!

  11. Move TTP to Top of Transcript

    At the request of our Board Members to show the PUSD Pathway a student is graduating from on the Transcript, we are using the Transcript Definition, TTP, Demographics, STU.U7, to identify the PUSD Pathway a student is participating in. Because it shows up at the very bottom of the TTP box, and often gets lost in the long list of Test scores, we are requesting the ability to show some TTP options at the TOP of the Transcript, near the Comment area.   13. Transcript Indicator Visible In Other Tables

    The Transcript Indicator is a great addition to identifying aspects of courses. It would be great to have the option to turn this feature on in other tables such as Classes, CAR, Master Schedule, Grades and Teacher Attendance Portal. An example is Dual Enrollment courses. They may have the same Course Title for a school but their elements are different. Having the Transcript Indicator visible in other tables would make it easier for office staff and teachers to know the difference in courses without having to change their specific course titles.   14. Transcript Credits by Category

    In the view screen for transcript, showing total credits by category in the title bar would be very helpful. In the print version each term shows subtotals, the view display should also.

  15. Store Total Community Service Hours from Multiple Activities

    Need the ability to total community service hours a student has completed. We have 3 ACT.CD codes that can meet this requirement.

    That or the ability to query this total from transcripts.

    To query and export to excel, add a formula, filter out students that have not met the minimum, copy into Word to sort, etc is a very complicated process.
