Option for single label from demographics page
It would be very helpful to be able to have a print label option under the printer dropdown on the demographics page. It would be so useful in printing labels upon enrollment of a new student.

Enable a Dark Mode setting for Aeries
Please allow Aeries web portals and apps to have a dark mode setting. Those of us who use Aeries all day would enjoy less eye strain and more contrast.

It would be very helpful if students and parents can see locker combination in their Parent Portal account.

Send Email "Add Recipients" - remove inactive sections
When logged into a school, school info>send emails>add recipients, Search By Sections>Search Email In: Sections. The List generated is including our unassigned holding tank sections, that have been since removed/inactive from the master schedule. Is there a way to have the system display current the active sections or provide the ability to choose between active and inactive sections? Thank you in advance.

Permission to put Red flag on graduation status page without giving permission to change graduation requirements
Please allow districts to choose to give permission to users to put Red flags on the graduation status page without having to give them update rights to REQ table which allows them to then change graduation requirements.

Teacher Attendance Screen - Message Alert Area
Would like an area in the upper right corner of the teachers' attendance screen to display a custom message that is set from a field on the Portal Options > Attendance screen.

Hyperlink to Portal Groups from Portal Options creates login frame twice for USER also disable hyperlink to Portal Groups if not Admin
Portal Options has a hyperlink to Portal Groups which a user does not have permission to. Navigating from the hyperlink to Portal Groups takes user to a home page where the exterior of the webpage loads twice. The page should display as a blank screen when the user has no permission to that page. Also disable the Portal Group hyperlinks in Portal Options for a USER and allow only ADMIN to use them.

Include Database Group Name at the top of the screen
We have to use a separate database for summer school and are constantly toggling between the two. It would be nice to know which database you are currently logged into to make sure you aren't doing work in the wrong database.

Add a 'Status' field to CHI table - Course History Institutions in order to inactivate duplicate/invalid records.
Please add a "Status" field to the Course History Institutions page (CHI).

Add Schedule Group on the Student Information Bar
Display the Scheduling Group field so we can see if they are Hybrid, In-person or DL so we can see it when we are doing attendance or other tasks. Adding this to the Student Information bar, General tab, would be a solution that would make it appear on every page in Aeries.

Add Aeries Ideas to the base of each Aeries Page
In order to improve the use of Aeries Ideas it would be great to:
1. Add a link on the footer of each Aeries page to "Improve this page"When the user clicks the "Improve this page", it pre-fills the area it is going to be tagged to and allows the user to enter free-form text and screenshot the issue area.
This way it reduces the barrior of filling out the correct category and allows it to be completed without leaving what they are doing.
It would be ideal if Aeries would auto sso-auth the request, so they do not…

My Tasks - Ability to add Links
It would be great if we were able to add links in My Tasks on the home screen. This would allow us to add a link to a daily workflow document or other types of documents we need quick access to.

Lock- Record Access Log Entries
Users right now have the ability to edit or delete other record access log's created by other staff members. We would like the ability to lock or prevent others from editing or removing other users' record access logs that aren't there's.

Families recording their name in the parent portal so teachers or staff can hear the correct pronunciation of the student's name in the SIS.

Auto populate last updated username and date timestamp info for Medical Log, Medical Notes, Medications, and Counseling
Auto populate the username and date time stamp to include modified by and modified when, in fields where the initials/or name need to be selected from a dropdown: Example, Medical log, Medical Notes, Medications, Counseling. Some areas like Attendance notes, Contacts and Discipline Records already have some of these features.

Link personal school calendar to Aeries Calendar
It would be great if we had the ability to link our personal school calendar to the Aeries Calendar this way we only have to input information on one calendar versus multiple. I do not use the Aeries calendar as I would have to make double the entries, but it would be nice to have everything on the dashboard.
