Add push and pull funcitionality to No Show Setup. For large districts with many schools is this a cumbersome process to update each year.

It would be very helpful if students and parents can see locker combination in their Parent Portal account.

When logged into a school, school info>send emails>add recipients, Search By Sections>Search Email In: Sections. The List generated is including our unassigned holding tank sections, that have been since removed/inactive from the master schedule. Is there a way to have the system display current the active sections or provide the ability to choose between active and inactive sections? Thank you in advance.

Please allow districts to choose to give permission to users to put Red flags on the graduation status page without having to give them update rights to REQ table which allows them to then change graduation requirements.

Would like an area in the upper right corner of the teachers' attendance screen to display a custom message that is set from a field on the Portal Options > Attendance screen.

We have to use a separate database for summer school and are constantly toggling between the two. It would be nice to know which database you are currently logged into to make sure you aren't doing work in the wrong database.

Users right now have the ability to edit or delete other record access log's created by other staff members. We would like the ability to lock or prevent others from editing or removing other users' record access logs that aren't there's.

Allow the use of inactive students in dynamic student group queries. We would like to use the STU table to dynamically query pre-enrolled students for groups for messaging purposes. Currently student groups only contain active students

Auto populate the username and date time stamp to include modified by and modified when, in fields where the initials/or name need to be selected from a dropdown: Example, Medical log, Medical Notes, Medications, Counseling. It would be great if we had the ability to link our personal school calendar to the Aeries Calendar this way we only have to input information on one calendar versus multiple. I do not use the Aeries calendar as I would have to make double the entries, but it would be nice to have everything on the dashboard.

For example, I would love to be able to provide a dynamic student group that is narrowed by Counselor and any students assigned to that Counselor who are in the Independent Study program. This way, anytime a student leaves the program, they will be removed from the group, but the group will always be limited to students assigned to that individual Counselor.

Add options to track NCAA eligibility. In addition chart a way to view the student's progress to meet NCAA eligibility

Mass delete fees that are not paid by certain dates OR fees with expiration dates. The ability to mass add a fee, such as chromebook insurance is great, but we need a way to limit the window for purchase so students only have 3 weeks to buy then have it be self deleted or marked inactive. WHY? become some fees do have limited windows to purchase and would help sites maintain a clean fee list and not frighten parents who see "oh no i owe money for X" when they log into pay a book late fee.
