  1. Create a communications list (like contacts) of email addresses which can be assigned to the various processes

    Much like students have outgrown the limits of the communication data points in demographics (STU), Aeries itself requires more options for running various process. Specifically, a list of email addresses (with any needed login info) that can be assigned to the various communications processes that Aeries provides: weekly progress report, communications from gradebook, responses from portals, communications from school of choice, etc. Basically only having one email no longer serves the ever expanding needs of the program those who support it. Therefore, a communications (contact) list of email addresses for Aeries generated emails, is requested.

    Users right now have the ability to edit or delete other record access log's created by other staff members. We would like the ability to lock or prevent others from editing or removing other users' record access logs that aren't there's.

  7. Update Code Table Show All Values and Descriptions

    When a staff people go into the Update Code Table screen they only see what was added by the district and a list of the existing codes in use on the right column (without any descriptions).
    It would be better to display all code values on the screen and those that are hard-coded have a lock icon, are dimmed, or something showing they cannot be edited.
    If that is enabled, allow a filter to hide those hard coded codes as an option displaying only the district added codes.

    The Send Emails form does not allow sending emails to the same email address for siblings. When both students are selected, only 1 email is sent.

    I would love the ability to add extra detail to custom table pages.
    Being able to insert informational text boxes or fields from other tables (either forced read-only or with an option to) would be very useful.

  17. Have a SQL Repository for common used SQL queries

    Have a repository or forum for commonly used sql queries by context.
    Including, but not limited to..

    Demographics
    Contacts
    Enrollment
    Schedules
    Grades\Transcripts
    Health
    Behavior
    Etc..

    This would be a useful resource as a base for extracting data for current and new DBA's to the aeries system.
    This could also be a repository for DBA's to share their own SQL Queries as well.

  18. Define required Fields for STF table

    This is a request that the Define Required Fields page include the STF table. There are certain fields that are required when submitting a staff record up through CALPADS (such as Race, Ethnicity, etc.) and I often find many of my districts forgetting to fill this in when they add a staff member. The ability to define certain fields as required before they can save a staff record would be helpful.

  19. Email List - Add a Select/Unselect All Option

    The Email list page should have a select all or none option so we have the option to check all or uncheck all email recipients . I usually need to email only the parent and student.
