Online Enrollment/Data Confirmation - Medical History - Certification Confirmation for No Medical History
Add a confirmation check box on the Medical History Page where the parent can click that states something like "I confirm/certify that my student does not have any medical conditions." Even better would be that they have to check this box or add a medical condition record before moving on to the next page.

Make Online Enrollment Queue Editable
It would be ideal if we could change items in the online enrollment queue such as academic year, grade, birthdate, etc. Parents make mistakes and there's no way to update the queue. We use this information in our enrollment projections and have to keep remembering when a record is displaying the wrong year or grade. It would also be good to be able to add a note next to the record (which is already another Aeries Idea). Online registration
Since there is the capability to have the online enrollment process answer the Authorization questions why can that not contribute to the Data Confirmation Status report. Is does not make sense to have a parent come in to the registration dept handling all the necessary questions and paperwork to only be told that they have to go home log into the portal and complete the data confirmation. Online Enrollment - Save a PDF copy of the Enrollment Confirmation report to student documents
When you view enrollments in Online Enrollment there is a Enrollment Confirmation report that can be viewed. This report takes the place of our enrollment forms when creating a **. It would simlify our process if a PDF of this report was automatically saved to Student Documents (just like the documents that parents upload) when the enrollment was imported into Aeries. Then when someone goes to create the ** they can print that report along with the other documents all at once.

Online Enrollment / Data Confirmation - Fillable Forms
I made all my documents fillable PDF forms and uploaded them to Aeries portal documents; however, Online Enrollment and Data Confirmation in the document section instead of having the parent download the document and then re-upload the document, (which takes up more time), it would benefit the parent/guardian to make this section a little more user friendly and more efficient if the parents can just click on the PDF form, fill it out, and electronically sign or type in their name.

Online Enrollment - Allow Users to Change Deleted to Pending Import
If a user accidentally deletes the wrong online enrollment record, there is currently no way to retrieve it or "undelete" it. You can't even view the information to manually enter it yourself. So, you would have to contact the parent and ask them to start over again. At the least I would want the ability to view those records so the person that made the mistake can in some way correct it, but it would be great if there was an option to move it out of delete and back to Partial or Pending status.

Online Enrollment - Add Enrollment ID
For easier locating and tracking, give the parent the Enrollment ID# (kind of like an application #) That they can write down to keep track and allow us to search by the enrollment id# and not only birthday and name. Its a unique number and would be a lot quicker to locate the application.
