CALPADS SENR is removing actively enrolled records when 470 exists
As of the 10/21 release, the CALPADS SENR extract is removing actively enrolled records for students that also have a 470 No Show in the District.
Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 11/5/25. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts:
- The SENR extract has been adjusted to prevent extracting valid enrollment records in the Removals file when the student is a No-Show in another school.
- The SPRG file has been adjusted to prevent including Special Ed records when processing the extract.

I might’ve tried it a little early, but here’s what I saw this morning (Nov 4, 2025):
SENR Exit file: worked fine.
SENR Update file: The whole file was an error. it's trying to update inactive 2024–2025 records but tagging them under 2025–2026. The all inactive students have a summer withdrawal (with different codes, not necessarily a 470)

Any idea when this will be shipped? Time is ticking and we do not have long before our data needs cleared to Certify. We have been put on hold for 10 days and this is the worst time for this process to blow up.

Any updates. I need to upload one more set of files before having our site review Fall 1 reports for certification.

Any update on this? I was really hoping it would be resolved in last night's update but I didn't see it. This really hinders our CalPads update process right in the middle of Fall 1.
