Hello,
This should not be an idea. This should be a program fix. I thought this was taken care of a few years ago, until I was supporting a parent in completing her Data Confirmation. If Authorization codes can be translated, why aren't all the others?I took the time to translate all codes associated with PDC, thinking our parents would be able to see it in their language and select the appropriate option.
I feel we are out of compliance by not having all fields translated and visible to parents.
PDC is also not translating Red messages, Contact Relations, and Contact Record Type. That's all I came across because the parent wanted to add a contact record during PDC. There might be other areas not translated.

No matter how many times we tell staff or provide documentation to refer to when entering the LAC.USS date. They continue to use the date the student entered Kinder instead of TK. Can we please have the language updated to TK-12 instead of K-12? It's a very minor adjustment that shouldn't take too much time.
