Allowing an option to include inactive would allow for dashboards to be used to compare CALPADS reports. For example, EOY reports include all students who attended school at any point during the school year, regardless of whether they are currently enrolled or not.

If an inactive course is selected in the flex SMS board, the page freezes. We couldn't figure out why it was doing it until we realized it was an inactive course he was selecting that caused the issue.
Having inactive courses in Red and a button/checkbox to include/exclude inactive courses in the dropdown would be amazing. It would support scheduling and make the process easier. Especially for larger districts with thousands of courses to select from.

Now that TK is it's own grade, this should really read TK-12 and not K-12.

5/12/25 Update:
We have been meeting with the Third-Party Administrator for CYBHI, Carelon Behavioral Health, in order to make sure that the next round of updates all conform to their established imports and processes. We are starting development on additional features for this project, which will be released as soon as they pass testing.
- Adding the ability to prompt and/or require parents to confirm their insurance information as part of Parent Data Confirmation.
- Adding additional fields to hold Subscriber information to the Insurance table.
- The fields to be added will be informed by the Insurance file requirements controlled by Carelon.
- Insitituting a drop-down menu with pre-poulated medical insurance carriers for easier data population and management.
- The list for Insurance type M (Medical will be pre-populated from the list provided by Carelon.

Updating this language is critical for compliance. LEAs are given 30 days to determine if the newly enrolled student truly attended a CA TK-12 public school. If not, the staff must then convince the parent to complete the HLS as soon as possible. Let's face it, once the student is enrolled, this is not an urgency for the parent. If the student is not properly identified within 30 days we are out of compliance and if the student is test without language accommodation, a STAIRS report is required. Too many of these STAIRS is also a red flag and out of compliance for districts.
Please, Please update the language, not the logic or redirecting just the text in the box/question. Thank you.

Currently, APDR has the percentage a student has attended school. It would be beneficial if the percentage the student has not attended school (100-APDR.APR ) was added or at least allowed query to calculate it currently it does not.
Aeries Analytics has the chronic absence report but the percentages are 10% or more, and we would like to break it down to fit the needs of the CALPADS EOY 14.1 report. I could create my own dashboard (which I have) in Analytics, but Analytics does not include inactive students.
