Make it mandatory with a does not apply option or we can ask parents to type N/A if there is no prior school info.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that development has started on this item,. Currently we are working on adding additional fields to the Insurance Info page to allow the proper information to be entered. Then it will be added to the Parent Data Confirmation process.

The reason we need it directly pulled from SEIS and housed in the Test Settings Accommodation page is to prevent any overrides when exporting from Aeries and importing into TOMS. If we export test settings from Aeries and it's different than what is in SEIS, it will override SEIS' testing accommodations. Since Special Ed data is monitored in SEIS and not in Aeries. We want the most up-to-date data in Aeries from SEIS. We tried skipping students based on our user code and the CSE.SWD field for the Test Settings Accommodation export from Aeries. The problem is that the user code is not the most reliable or up-to-date and the SWD field is not always imported from CALPADS. Our EL coordinator who started this process immediately noticed we were still including SpEd students with the Keep/Skip query used for the Aeries Export and overriding their SEIS Testing Accommodations when it was imported to TOMS.

Our district still needs code 23-College Credit. According to CCI and CA School Dashboard:
"Note that the 'Code 23-College Credit only' should only be used for where the LEA/school has courses open for students to enroll in. This is not when a student takes a college course independently on their own that has no association with the school/LEA."
Our district has courses open for students to enroll in with our local Community College.
