    Thank you for this update. Do we have a timeline? Our school has started and we are required to have this information sent to parents within a time frame that we are almost past.

    Where are we with the data layout file for 2021-22 being ready for us to import scores? The information is critical to our school sites and our Multi-Lingual department.

    How do I go about looking up this info so I (we) would be inform as to when the new layout for CASSPP & ELPAC becomes available by your programmers at Aeries? I forgot the exact location of the where to look up this information. Please see attached screenshot.

    We (all) need an update from Aeries staff -

    We have not received communications on this tickets since July 19th - which included information that is now out of date.

    Importing CAASPP Student Data files is an annual process for every district using Aeries, which seems to warrant automatic attention on the part of Aeries teams. This would be a much appreciated built-in service, as opposed to the current process where we each have to request the option once we receive data files from CDE.
    Perhaps you can imagine how important having access to this data is to a district and all involved. Having to wait for Aeries would eliminate an unnecessary frustration, if it were scheduled to occur automatically on July 1 each year.

    The Import Test Results for CAASPP 2021-22 within Aeries is under development and not yet available. The CAASPP Student Score Data File used to import the results has not been made available yet by CAASPP and will be released sometime at the end of July. Once they are released, LEA's who wish to submit their file to help with the testing process can submit a ticket to Aeries and put Attn: Audie in the subject line.
