    I was asked to share this as feedback as sites see how many parents are just missing the last step. Seems like if this many individuals can't complete the last step, then Aeries really has a system that isn't efficient or straightforward.

    While Aerie's solution is to emulate a parent/guardian, it is not a solution. This is sensitive data we are asking parents/guardians to confirm and we should not have to be in a position to have to do it for them, nor do we have the extra time.

    Super frustrating for the families, the sites and staff trying to support them during the data confirmation process.

We are seeking clarification from the CDE to determine the scope of this work. Be advised the solution will require the use of the single-column enhanced transcripts in order to allow room for the visual printing of the seal(s). We will alert you when development is ready to be scheduled.

    Has this issue been resolved? We have started working on Academic Plans, and our students are experiencing the same problem as we did last year. Do you have suggestions.
