User Font Preference Setting for Accessibility and Readability
Aeries displays all text in a single fixed font, and users have no way to adjust the typeface to suit their visual needs. Staff and parents with vision impairments, dyslexia, or general readability difficulties rely on browser or operating system workarounds that are inconsistent and often not available on managed district devices. Graduation Track - Allow Two-character track codes
We would like to request an enhancement to Aeries to allow two-character Graduation track codes instead of limiting track codes to a single character.
Our district is running out of available one-character track code options. With only a single character available, the number of unique track codes is extremely limited, making it increasingly difficult to assign new codes as additional programs and tracks are created.
Allowing two-character track codes would greatly expand the number of available combinations while still keeping the codes short, manageable, and easy to identify. For example, moving from a single-character format to a two-character format would…

Add a Character limit error notification
Various fields in Aeries have character limits. Some of the character limits aren't so obvious, like description/comment boxes. Please add either an error that pops up when the character limit has been exceeded or add a character counter notification below the field box so that the user knows when the character limit has been exceeded.

Inactive Graduation Track codes should be hidden from dropdowns
When a Graduation Track code (REQ.GRT) is marked Inactive in COD Table Maintenance, it should no longer appear as a selectable option on the Graduation Status and Graduation Requirements pages

Provide a demo database or queries to establish one so that staff can create training materials
As Aeries has removed the demo instance with randomized data, districts require a method to create bespoke training materials on their own, such as covering specific processes and methods of using and interacting with Aeries within the district. Such training materials must not include FERPA protected information, thus the requirement for a "demo" or "training" sandbox with non-student data, eg the Screaming Eagle schools in the now removed demo instance of Aeries.

Connect Career Pathways Internship Experiences to the Internships Page
On the Career Pathways page under the Experiences section — when a user selects Internship as the experience type, the system should connect the entry to the Internships table and use/ populate the Add/Edit Internship Record on the Internships page.
Right now our District users can enter internship information on the Career Pathways screen but it does not appear on the Internships page. When internship records entered on the Internships page they also do not appear in Career Pathways. This is causing confusion and missing data entry.
Another option would be to remove Internship as an experience type from Career…

Graduation Status Letter: Enable Multi-Language Translation for Subject Areas on Graduation Status Letter
Subject Area names on the Graduation Status Letter are currently pulled directly from REQ.SA as raw text, which does not support translations. To fully support non-English Correspondence Languages, an enhancement is required to store and retrieve translations for Subject Areas.

Long running process visibility page
Have a nightly processes that checks for possibly "hung" long running processes that have not completed within a reasonable time.
For example:
We just found that an "Update Attendance History" process was started in October (3 months prior), but never completed.
This also prevented the Scheduled process from running, so our AHS values were very out of date!If the system was monitoring for these types of interrupted processes and alerting someone... this could have been found and resolved much earlier!!

TOMS EDS: Translation Glossary (NEDS) Default Language
Can the default state of this drop-down be set to blank/null? Instead of defaulting to a language (Arabic), we request that the system display a warning message or validation error (e.g., "Please select a language") to remind the user to make an active selection before saving/uploading.

As the title says, a small, but nice update would be to able to choose to have the Menu on the Right side or Left side of the screen.

Sort Schools Drop-down in Specific Order or by Categories
Allow for the School sites to be sorted in a specific order or by categories. For example, regular schools would be at the top and summer schools would be in a separate category below or have the ability to sort the Schools drop-down in a specific order. At the current moment, schools sites are sorted in alphabetical order. If this is not possible, give Districts the ability to hide visibility of summer school databases until they are ready to be used.

Allow School of Choice grade selection option
It would be helpful if there was a way to manage what grade levels to allow for School of Choice at specific schools. For instance, we do not want the Pre-school option for transfers, but allow that grade level in the district.

I've determined that the grade selection for School of Choice, whether from the parent's Request entry form or the SOC Management form, pulls from the student options in the COD table. Please freeze header row on Define Fields to Sync/Lock page
Please freeze from the header row (which includes Field Name, Description, Sync Changes to Field, and Lock Fields in Pre-Enrolled Records) to the top of the Define Fields to Sync/Lock page so that as you scroll down, you can easily click Save instead of having to scroll to the top to Save. And see which column you are syncing or locking.

Allow the use of physical tokens for MFA i.e. UbiKey
Allow the use of physical tokens like a UBI Key for MFA when authenticating to the site. Using Authy or something else sounds great but that requires a cell phone and some users do not want to use their personal device and are not compensated for it. Furthermore, Authy has eliminated their desktop app.
