  3. Online Enrollment Import Page - Add a "Verified" field

    A "verified" check box and/or comment field on Online Enrollment Import Page (before importing) would be useful to keep track of enrollments who have completed the document uploads and the enrollment information correctly and the student is ready to be imported to Aeries.

    In Online Enrollment Admin when entering email addresses for the school notification, it would be nice to be able to edit that field once it has been saved rather than having to delete the record and added it again updated.

  7. Option to mark PDC "complete" for students

    When students have restricted portal accounts, the parents are unable to complete the Contacts section of PDC. The students then remain on the Data Confirmation Status report as incomplete, even though the parent has completed everything they are able to in PDC. We would like the office to be able to mark the student as "Complete" that way they stop showing up on the report and we don't have to worry about the family getting multiple calls from people following up with them.

  8. Online Enrollment - Require Document by School/Grade

    Allow documents, in the document upload section of Aeries Online Enrollment, to be required based on site and grade selections. E.g., Allow a document to be 'required' only if the student being enrolled is in grades K - 3 or at specific sites. (Similar to the options available for the display of documents to parents during the enrollment/Parent Data Confirmation features).

  9. Online Enrollment Import - Implement Auto-Scroll To Top of Page for "Find Matches" Button

    When clicking on the "Find Matches" button on a very long list of "Pending Import" records, the "Find Matches" window that appears in the foreground always appears at the top of the page, with the pending import records grayed out in the background, HOWEVER, the window remains at the bottom of the page where the record is listed.

    This has been confusing for our users who do not realize they have to scroll back up to the top of the page to see the "Find Matches" window with some users thinking the application is broken since they do not immediately…

  10. Custom registration grade range for AIR Online Enrollment

    We would like to request an option to set a custom registration grade range for AIR Online Enrollment. One of our Tk-8 Schools (Telesis) is a permit only school for grades TK-6. Parents are enrolling online with school Telesis and having to be informed that they cannot attend this school without getting a permit etc. Being able to set the grade range to 7-8 for this school without changing the school options would be helpful.

  11. Online Enrollment - Add option to disable the Home Language Survey by Grade

    Please make disabling the home language survey optional by grade. We don't want pre-school students answering those questions yet and having their inaccurate answers populating LAC.

    We would like items to be highlighted, but not required for submitting.

    1. Add a column (or multiple columns ) and option for "Recommended Fields"
    2. Add a optional box-color option(s).
    3. Add the ability to display a support text to the highlight on that page ( ex. Purple Highlight Means "Recommended for ParentSquare Sync" )

  13. Data Confirmation - Honor Contact Linking

    In Parent Data Confirmation, change Father and Mother work phones to say Parent 1 and Parent 2 phone. Not everyone has the traditional Father /Mother structure. If Contact Linking is enabled, use that data.

  14. Online Enrollment - All Government Codes Need to Have a Spanish Translation

    All government codes need to have a Spanish translation for Online Enrollment importing and Data Confirmation. For example, Language codes, gender, race/ethnicity codes, relationship codes etc., agree box text and labels for Birth State and Birth Country.

    In Online Enrollment, there should be an option to set authorization questions to only be active for some schools. For example, we only want our high schools to have a 1:1 Chromebook authorization question.

  18. Online Enrollment - Upload Confirmation Upon Completion

    We would like the parents to be able to upload their signed Data Confirmation form, but if they click "finish and submit" there is no option for them to go back and upload. If they log back in they are only able to view the final Data Confirmation form. Is there any way to keep the review tabs at the top available and then add a "log out" button at the end next to "finish and submit"? It could then make it possible for parents to go back and upload before logging out. Thanks!

  20. Online Enrollment - School based questions

    Have a field where parents can select different programs at that school.
    ie. School 1 has GATE Program, have the selection for School, then underneath we can put what programs are available for parent to select:
    Brown School

    X Julien School
    Regular Program
    X POD
    GATE
