Online Enrollment / Data Confirmation - Fillable Forms
I made all my documents fillable PDF forms and uploaded them to Aeries portal documents; however, Online Enrollment and Data Confirmation in the document section instead of having the parent download the document and then re-upload the document, (which takes up more time), it would benefit the parent/guardian to make this section a little more user friendly and more efficient if the parents can just click on the PDF form, fill it out, and electronically sign or type in their name.

Online Enrollment - Add Enrollment ID
For easier locating and tracking, give the parent the Enrollment ID# (kind of like an application #) That they can write down to keep track and allow us to search by the enrollment id# and not only birthday and name. Its a unique number and would be a lot quicker to locate the application.

Add IEP/504 question and require an answer before moving on. Does your student have an IEP/504? Choose one.
The Required Information page is the only place where an IEP or 504 is mentioned. Would be nice to know this info before hand so we can look for these documents during the enrollment process and not after the fact. This way we are able to set as incomplete so that parent can provide documentation.

Please include a Tribal Foster Youth Survey to Online Enrollment and Data Confirmation.
It would be very helpful to have this in online enrollment and data confirmation and then to have a Survey Audit screen like the Military and Residence survey audits.

Online Enrollment Import Page - Add a Comment Box to Enrollment List
It would be great if a comment box could be added next to each enrollment record on the Online Enrollment list of pending enrollments to import. Frequently, we have parents who enroll in Kinder who are not age-eligible. It would be great if a comment could be added to make sure to alert the staff using the import page to verify correct grade prior to import.

Online Enrollment - Comment Section on Student Import
It would be so helpful if there was a comments section next to a pending/partial student on the import page. That way my secretaries can make notes in there that District admin could see. If a student isn't being imported for a reason, if a conversation was had with a family, etc. They feel this would be helpful for summer enrollment as well.

Online Enrollment - Have different "Custom Text" and "Questions and Codes" for Current Year and Next Year
It would be great to have different verbiage when families enroll for the current school year vs pre-enrolling for the next school year. Currently I have to list out what families who are pre-enrolling have to do vs families who are enrolling their students who are enrolling for the current school year.
It would be great to have the ability to skip Authorizations for pre-enrolled students. Now it is all or none. The authorizations for pre-enrolled students are moot since they have to do data confirmation for the next school year.
It gets confusing for my families especially the non-English…
